Self Pity

I hate when people self pity themselves. They talk about only themselves and nothing more. They complain and whine about their life even when it's probably very simple.

I have a friend like that and...I just wish they'd stop.

Some people don't realize what they have.

A house. Food. A roof over their head. Clothes on their body. Having water to bathe with and to drink. Having family members to talk to and care about. Having friends to love and cherish. Having technology! To use when other people in the world don't. Having more than one pair of shoes to put on their feet and then some. People in general really don't know what they have until they lose it all. Until they grow up and realize what life really is. How being alone will really change them.

News flash. You won't always have a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in. You might not even always have different clothes to wear.

One day you might wake up and you have no family. Because they are all dead. So, for all of you out there who read this, I want you to take a step back and realize what you have. You must have just a little money if you have technology to use wattpad. Just take a moment and realize all the good in your life instead of plaguing yourself with negative thoughts, feelings, words, etc. Think about the positive things. Not all the bad things. Thinking about everything negatively only makes you a horrible person. You'll become someone who only cares about them self and their well being. You can think about negative outcomes but don't let the negativity consume you.

And I don't mean to offend anyone. Only to put them in their place. I, myself, at one point in my life let myself be plagued by negativity. I became depressed and distanced myself from anyone who was close to me. But you'd never notice because my outward actions show happiness and cheerfulness, anything but negative. So I just wanted to put this out there because I think it's a very important aspect of life. 😅 don't get mad. It's the truth.
