Suryeon woke up earlier as usual, she went downstairs and cooked breakfast for everyone. The maids of the house tried to stop her from doing some household chores but she couldn't stop, she just smiled at them, and pleased them with her attractive charm.

"I will cook for today's breakfast." Suryeon said while tying her hair into a bun.

"But agassi (Miss), you are our head here, why are you going to do such a hard task?" One of the maids said , Suryeon just smiled at them and still insisted on doing such things.

" Come on, I am used to this kind of thing. Don't worry about me. My daughter doesn't like breakfast that is not cooked by me so I really have to cook breakfast." She said and winked at them. They can't do anything but to let Suryeon do it.

Everyone was awake and was surprised to see Suryeon doing this kind of stuff, Heekyung looked at her husband, and her husband say something about it.

"I hate myself but I can't help but to be proud of her." Hyunshik whispered to Heekyung.

"Eomma!!" A sweet voice came from upstairs. Chaeyoung ran fast towards her mom and gave her a morning kiss.

"Omo, my Chaeyoung is awake, how's your sleep, uri agi (my baby)?" Suryeon said and carried Chaeyoung into her arms, Hyunshik went near them and tried to carry Chaeyoung.

"Abeoji, she's heavy." Suryeon was hesitant to let her father carry her daughter.

"I can, Suryeon-ah. Don't worry. I will pay my debt for kicking you out before." Suryeon's eyebrow furrowed. She doesn't like those things to be mentioned again.

"Everyone listen!! Arabeoji, eomma, abeoji, oppa, and unnie. From now on, no one will mention that 'kicking out' thing. I don't like it. All we have to do is bury everything in the past. Understand?" Her authoritarian voice came out. They all nod and smile at her. Jiwon helped her younger sister to prepare for their table.

While they were eating, Suryeon received a call from an unknown number.

"Ye, yeoboseyo? Who is this?" She started, but the other line was not speaking up. She was about to end the call when the caller spoke.

"Take care of your daughter, Suryeon. You might lose her anytime. Take care of Logan too, he might end up no... You two might end up going to jail." A unrecognizable voice from the other line made Suryeon's heart jump for a moment. Due to the call she went back inside the house and looked at Chaeyoung, she ran towards her daughter and hugged her tight.

"Chaeyoung-ah, look at mom." She said, everyone was confused by her actions.

"From now on, you will not go anywhere without my permission, okay? Understand, Chaeyoung-ah?" Her daughter nods and hugs her mom tightly too.

She was about to sit down in her seat when she received a call from Logan, she was about to answer the call when one of the bodyguards came and called Suryeon.

"Ms. Suryeon, Logan is looking for you." Suryeons tood up and answered the call, she stood at the door, and waved happily at Logan, trying to hide the anxiousness in herself. She went out to meet up with Logan, she was about to ask if he was okay, when LOgan ran towards her and embraced her, Suryeon could feel his heartbeat beating fast. Everyone was looking at them, including Suryeon's family.

"Now I understand why Suryeon received so much love from that man." Jiwon said and just smiled widely. Accepting the fact that Logan will never hers.

"Do you still have feelings for that man?" Jinhu said while looking at Suryeon And Logan hugging too.

" Actually, I just realized lately, that I was never in love with him. I am just in love with the idea of love. I was just attracted by his good features. But other than that, he is not my type. Look, I am happy that my younger sister finally has someone who will stay beside her till she grows old." Jiwon proudly said, everyone looks at her with proud in their eyes.

"That's what we call character development, sister." Jinhu said and laughed after that, Jiwon glared at him, and slapped his shoulder very hard.

"What was that for?" Suryeon said.

"I received a call early in the morning, trying to harm you and Chaeyoung. I am anxious about the call so I drive fast here. You're not answering your phone." Suryeon was surprised by what Logan said. Sweat is all around his face.

"Let's go inside, first. Did you eat already?" Logan shrugged his head. Suryeon grabs his hand and pulls him towards their kitchen.

Logan greets them by saying morning.

Chaeyoung was happy to see Logan again. She clungs around him.

"Ahjussi.." Chaeyoung said and Logan was captivated by Chaeyoung's childish charm.

"Are you okay, uri chaeyoung-ah?" Chaeyoung nods. Suryeon went beside her daughter.

"Chaeyoung-ah, Logan ahjussi and I will talk first. We are going to talk about soemthing very important. Did you bring your toys right? Play in our room first and Logan ahjussi and I will play with you after. Understand?" Chaeyoung nods and follows her mom's order to her.

O, Jiwon-noona. Good Morning." Suryeon's eyes went bigger hearing what Logan said.

"Noona? SInce when?" Suryeon said.

"I am older than him, Suryeon-ah. So he had to call me with honorifics." She said and winked at her sister.

"Seems like you are about to talk about something important. I'll play with my niece first." Jiwon bids her goodbye and goes to Chaeyoung. Jinhu, Heekyung, Hyunshik, and Baekhyeon also excuse themselves, and do their own business.

Suryeon and Logan talked to each other in the kitchen.

" I also received the same threat, Logan. I am afraid for my daughter's life." Suryeon said, full of worries, Logan put his hands on Suryeon's shoulder.

"I will not let anyone touch you or Chaeyoung. I promise you that." Logan said and went closer to Suryeon, placed a very sweet forehead kiss.

"Did you tell them?" Logan asked, the sadness in his eyes once again appeared.

" Aniyo, I don't have plans to tell them. Logan, don't look at me like that, okay? Hmm.." Suryeon said and tried hard to put a smile on her face. Logan smiled for her and stole a kiss from Suryeon. Suryeon was shocked.

"Hey!" Suryeon complaints. He only grinned.

"I have to go. Tell me where you go. And eat breakfast. Remember we have a schedule today." Suryeon almost forgot her schedule for radiotherapy today. Good thing, Logan reminds her.

Suryeon holds his hand. That makes Logan stop from going anywhere.

"Can you stay for a moment?" Logan stayed.

"Let's have breakfast together. And it seems like I started to forget everything. I am so sorry." Logan looked at her with tears forming on the side of his eyes.

"And I will help you with that. I will be your eyes, when you lose your vision, I will be your mouth, when you are having a hard time to speak, I will be your taste buds, when you can't taste anything. I will be your brain, when you can't remember." Logan's words of affirmation made Suryeon cry and pitied herself. Logan tapped her back and helped her eat her food.

" Thank you, Logan." Suryeon said.

A/N: The last lines from Logan and Suryeon made me tear up for a moment, Imagine receiving such love. I can feel my character's pain. HUHUHUUH
