A second chance

Chapter 25

"Logan! Logan..." Suryeon was trying to wake Logan up but he was still stuck in his nightmare.

"Logan.." Finally Logan's eyes opened, and as soon as he saw Suryeon in front of him, he sat down and hugged Suryeon very tightly as if he didn't want to let her go.

"Gwaenchana?" Suryeon asked in concern. Logan nods.

"Nightmare?" Logan nodded again, Suryeon kissed his forehead, and wiped the little tears on his face.

"I won't leave you, I promise." Suryeon talks to him softly. And they lay down once again, but Suryeon embraced him, and Logan did the same.

The next morning, Suryeon woke up first, she went to the kitchen and cooked for their breakfast. Suryeon cooked Chaeyoung's favorite breakfast and cooked for Logan too.

Logan woke up and saw two of the precious people in his life preparing for breakfast.

"Appa!" Chaeyoung ran faster towards Logan. And Logan put her up on the air, and Suryeon was staring at them looking and smiling.

"Aigoo. Looks like your favorite person now is Logan." Suryeon teasing her daughter. Her daughter just giggled.

"Aniyo, eomma. You will always be my favorite person. Appa is the second one." Logan laughed brightly.

"Omo... your aunt Miran will be upset." Suryeon banter.

"Eomma!! Don't tell aunt Miran, okay?" Chaeyoung said, and Suryeon just nodded.

"I will tell her." Logan playing with them.

"Appa!!!" Chaeyoung said. Logan and Suryeon laughed upon seeing Chaeyoung's reaction.

They enjoyed their breakfast together. Logan and Suryeon drop Chaeyoung off to her daycare, while Logan drops Suryeon off to her parent's office.

"Are you sure, you 're okay with this visiting your parent's company?" Logan asked while holding Suryeon's hand.

"I can take you there." Suryeon looked at him and smiled.

"Gwaenchana. I can handle it. Besides, they will look suspicious at us. If ever." Suryeon said.

"Our wedding will be announced soon." Suryeon looked at him surprisingly.

" I am just joking." Logan smirked and giggled. He received a slap from Suryeon.

"You are making me nervous, all the time." Suryeon said, but Logan just winked at her, and hopped out of the car and open the car door in Suryeon's side.

"I have to go." Suryeon bids goodbye and goes inside the company.

Everyone was looking at her, she was like a queen walking. Everyone bowed at her, and she also bowed at them shyly.

She went inside the elevator. And when she went inside the elevator, everyone was talking about her. She looked at them and smiled, and they all got intimidated.

Her father's secretary doesn't know who she is because Suryeon has barely been exposed to the public. The secretary approached her and told her to go.

"I am going to meet my parents and siblings. They are inside," She informed her.

" But you are not allowed to go inside without any appointment." The secretary said.

"Sorry?" Suryeon said, looking at her from head to toe.

" You are not related to them, so you are not allowed to go inside, now all you have to do is to leave." The secretary even snobbed at her.

"Miss, they are the one who called me up here. So please let me go inside before my sister came out and caused commotion here."Suryeon said, talking calmly as she always is.
