"What did your father tell you?" As soon as he left his father's office, his mother showed up and asked him.

"Well, the same thing. About marriage with the Heiress of the Shim family." He answered and scratched his head.

" Do you know that there are actually two heiress in that family. But sadly, one of them left. I think she is almost the same age as you and she is actually smart and beautiful. Among all of them in the family, she is the only one who graduated in the US with the degree of summa cum laude. But sadly she was kicked out of their family." His mom explained.

" What do you mean kicked out? But why?" He was curiuosd so he asked.

" Well that is the thing that I don't know. I was not in touch with them anymore, you locked me here in the house. How could I know?" Stella said. Logan looked at her and rubbed her shoulder.

"Eomma, you have to be cured so you need to be here and stop going outside, stop drinking liquors. I know dad doesn't even know about this and didn't even care a bit about you. But eomma, you have to live, okay?" He said in a low voice so that no one could hear.His mother just nodded.

"Eomma, I'm going. I'll have to go to the cafe now." He said and gave a peck kiss on his mother's cheeks.

"Ne, uri adeul." She replied and bid goodbye.

"Chaeyoung-ah!!!! Mom is here, I have to go to work now."

"You have work, eomma?" Her curious child asked.

"Ne, my princess. I'll drop you off at your imo's shop and behave there, okay?" She commanded and Chaeyoung nodded.

"Eomma, Chukahe. Congratulations for your new work." And she kissed her mom on the lips.

"Omo, Uri chaeyoung-ah is so sweet. Komawo, uri ttal." Suryeon said in her sweet voice.

She picked her bag and dropped Chaeyoung off to Miran's house. And she went directly to the Lee Laxera Cafe and Resto.

" Good Morning." She greeted them and bowed. She saw a familiar face from afar.

"Sunwoo-yah?" She said.

"Noona." She greeted her .

"What are you doing here, Sunwoo-yah?" She met her brother-in law. Hyunwoo's brother.

" I am working here." He answered.

"Oh, it must be you." She connected the dots.

"Komawoyo, Sunwoo-yah." She said and tapped his back. The manager saw her and called her over.

"This is your uniform. So start working today." The manager said and left after. She changed into the uniform given to her and started working in the kitchen.

She started cooking special soup, and the head chef was so impressed that she received a compliment from him.

"You are such a good cook. At least I have someone excellent in cooking here." She smiled.

"Thank you so much, sir." She replied.

At the exact moment, Logan entered the resto and everyone greeted him.

Suryeon looked at the person they were greeting but she didn't expect it.

"Ahjussi?" She whispered. Logan also looked at everyone and saw someone familiar. He was shocked, he called his friend and at the same time the manager of the cafe.

"What is she doing here?" He whispered to him.

" She's working here as a chef, Logan-ssi." He answered the CEO's question.
