I'm sitting on Amanda's sofa sipping on a bottle of bud getting an earful for not letting her know I'm back, how to explain I have no phone signal in Hell, but I can't stop thinking about that happened last period. The way Akio was crying, screaming towards Lucifer, Diavolo, Barbatos and the demon brothers'. My leg and head still hurts from were she'd kicked me to then headbutting Jesse when I fell into him,. The way she looked at Kohdor, I shiver, All that from brushing her arm, from what little Japanese I'd picked up was 'done to me,' had something happened to her? I try to put what little pieces I had registered in my head. They might think I sleep a lot in lessons, but I'm good at hearing and picking up on things. Akio cried and shook violently when I hugged her. Kohdor had mentioned she got angry when he patted her head. Was it my fault for pushing her over the edge? I roll my eyes at Amanda for snapping at me, bringing me away from my thoughts. "Sam has been so worried, he's not left that door!" she snaps.

"Mandy can't you just be happy he's studying now and away from that prison of a farm!" Ruben snaps, honestly Manda is more annoyed she didn't see me before I left, I rub behind Sammy's ears and make kissy sounds to him, I've missed him.

Amanda rolls her eyes at me, "But still, a call, a text something to let me know!"

I shrug "You've never complained before about me showing up out of the blue," I say with a grin on my face. Amanda and I go way back, she's been my bestest friend for almost 21 years now. We did everything together; street dance, gymnastics, swimming, horse riding and more. She's the one that encouraged me to sneak out and go clubbing, as well being the first person I'd talked about my sexuality to.

"So tell me about your dorm mates," Amanda says. I started to talk about them one by one, "Oh Jesse sounds yummy," Amanda says, Ruben nodding in agreement.

I smirk, "He's bisexual and a bartender," I say.

"Ooooooh bit of competition for the three of us then," Amanda sings.

"Yeah well, about that," I say looking down at my empty bottle "I blurted it out and I think he think I'm gay or bi," I whisper.

"What's the problem with that?" she asks, I look up at her.

"Have you forgotten or something?" I snap, she shakes her head.

"Of course not, but your old man isn't there man, he can't hurt you, you can actually be yourself around these people and by the sounds of them so far cause you've not told us all, they sound like they'll accept you," she says reaching out for my hand.

"Mandy you seem to forget about the emotion scars," Ruben says

"Am aware of that Ruben, I did grow up with Benji. I've seen more than what you've heard, so don't tell me how to look at my best friend," she snaps.

I hold my hands out "Okay moving on," I really don't want an argument here, good thing I'm not gonna say that he'd asked if I was single, they'd be at each other's throats then. I told them about Nixie and they both start laughing.

"Fuck me, she sounds amazing, as if you flicked her forehead for calling you London boy!" Amanda laughs.
