Sasha POV
Sasha sighed as she sat by the streaming river. She slowly placed her canteen to the river before lifting it up, taking a sip. It was definitely not refreshing, instead tasting horrible, but what else could she do? Not get water?
Sasha stood up, drawing her sword. She imagined herself being the general. Heh. That sounded so nice. She would lead the toad army to victory. They would take over all of Amphibia. Sasha would be the ruler. That's the life she planned out for herself.
Sasha flinched as she heard the loud call. She looked up to see a large bird flying above her, letting out a loud screech. Sasha looked up. She couldn't tell what was going on but something was in the birds mouth, screaming. Sasha didn't know what made her do it but she jumped to her feet, running after the bird as fast as she could. Not only was it heading towards her camp but she thought she could help out the poor creature too.
Sasha was fast behind it, just much lower on the floor. Suddenly, the bird stopped in its tracks, dropping the creature from its mouth, flying off in the opposite direction. Sasha gasped as the creature fell down, maybe around 20 feet in front of her in the forest. Sasha made her way past some trees in the direction she saw it fall. She was curious beyond belief as to what it was. Though the fall was fast she had never seen a creature like it, thin and brown? Fuzzy hair? She wasn't completely sure.
As Sasha slowly approached the creature, she gasped in horror. It was injured fairly badly, and it had puffy hair and a long and thin body just like hers. "No way.." she whispers, examining it closer.
"Another human..?"A/N/ sorry for short chapter, sorry for not updating for three days 😅 it's a busy week for me! But don't worry I'm back!!! Yay!
