JENNIE POV

Chaeyoung was absolutely beautiful. Somewhere in the back of their things her and Jisoo had found a long flowy dress. They washed it in the well and I managed to magically change the fabric's colour to a soft and very light pink. It went well with Chaeyoung's gorgeous long and wavy hair. Jisoo placed a flower behind her left ear and managed to braid it into her locks so it wouldn't fall off.

Lisa was very very quiet today. When helping to get Chaeyoung ready, my eyes found Lisa's several times and I always seemed to silently ask her if she was ok. She gave me a comforting little smile every time but she did not let me into her head to hear what she was actually thinking.

Weddings really seemed to be quite the emotional affair to humans. Or anybody for that matter. Anybody who wasn't a witch growing up with the notion that falling in love was foolish and weak. I had been a firm believer in that for the longest time myself.

But here with this group of unbelievable humans, I realized that love was everywhere. And it didn't make them any weaker. In fact it made them stronger.

Jackson, the leader who would probably take a knife to the heart for every single person in this little chosen family of his.

J-hope, who showed his affection and support with humour, killing our darkest hours with his little jokes but also his soft personality when he wanted to.

Lisa, the tough fairy girl who, before meeting me, had only ever been soft for one single person on this earth, Chaeyoung. Even though things had always been completely platonic between them.

And Jisoo who was this strong emotional constant in the group. Especially for Chaeyoung who leaned on her the most.

Love came in all shapes and sizes. I now understood that. And it wasn't a weakness.

Love had the power to move mountains or defeat cursed forests for that matter.

Love was also emotional and messy but it wasn't weak.

Earlier, Chaeyoung asked Lisa something that I've only heard once before but I wasn't really sure of the meaning of it. She asked her best friend wether she would give her away. But by the way that Lisa had reacted, I knew that it must be something special. Her eyes had been a bit watery when she pulled her friend into a tight hug without messing up her hair and whispered to her. "Of course I'll give you away. I'm ready now to give you away..."

Chaeyoung's eyes flickered over to me for a second while in Lisa's arms and I quickly averted my eyes from their embrace. She didn't know that I could hear them. I felt myself burning inside at their obvious emotional intimacy but I kept it in check as best as I could. I did not need to worry. Chaeyoung was getting married to Jackson today. And Lisa was my soulmate, not Chaeyoung's.

When Chaeyoung was ready. We all stepped out of the stone home together to join the boys who were already gathered around the arch that I had created in the morning.

It was the middle of the afternoon by now and the magical sky of the faye circle portrayed a deep-set softly golden glowing sun. A warm light that made everything look even more beautiful and soft.

Lisa and the bride were holding hands tightly and while we were walking, Chaeyoung fished for Jisoo's hand on her other side. I watched their fingers glide together absolutely effortless. The depth of their friendship evident in just one little move. I was surprised when Jisoo reached out towards me with her free hand and slightly glassy eyes.

I took her hand and squeezed it gently. We shared a small smile.

The boys were all grinning happily when we came closer. Even Suga spared me the tiniest little smile with the left corner of his mouth twitching upwards for two seconds before his eyes were back on the lady of the hour.
