I laid in the hospital bed working on my studies and homework. It had been weeks since school camp and I hadn't gone to school since. Turns out I picked up a cold from Raiha, but since I neglected it the entire time I was away from home, it became something more serious and I was taken to a hospital straight from school camp. Raiha and my dad would come to visit me daily to make sure I was doing okay. The Quintuplets were worried about me and they convinced their father to take care of the hospital expenses so that my family could rest easy.

**A few days off from school is fun. But when days become weeks, the workload just becomes ridiculous...**

I looked over and stared out the window. I asked the nurses to leave the door to the balcony open so that the breeze could come in. I heard hurried running coming towards my room door before somebody pulled it open. It was one of the Quints. I still struggled to tell which one was which, and I'd just gotten used to calling them by their accessories rather than their names.

Y/N: Butterflies?

She was sweating and peeked her head into the room to look around.

Nino: There's no one else here, is there?

Y/N: Nope, just me. What are you doing here..?

Nino: What do you care? Who do you think is paying for it?

Y/N: Okay, but it didn't have to be such a big and fancy single bed room.

Nino: Would you have preferred to be left out on the street? That could still be arranged.

Y/N: Relax... I'm out of here soon, anyway. You know the nurses are gossiping about how I may be the hospital director's secret lovechild or something, right..?

She thought for a second.

Nino: What did you expect? The girls thought you were going to die. Be grateful.

Y/N: Your father paid for my hospital expenses too, didn't he?

Nino: Right. Which pretty much means we paid for them.

Y/N: Okay...

**This girl is still such a brat.**

I stopped working on my school work and laid back. I looked over at her.

Y/N: But actually, though. Why're you here? You're the last of the girls that I'd expect to come to visit me.

She started looking around to avoid the topic. She was hiding something.

Nino: I guess- Shoot, I have to get going!

Y/N: To..?

She ran over to the back of the room and grabbed the window curtain.

Nino: Don't you dare tell anyone about this, all right?

I made a gesture that my lips were zipped. She hid behind the curtain. As soon as she did, another Quint poked her head into the room.

Yotsuba: Y/N! Have you seen Nino here?

Y/N: Sheesh, give some warning next time, Ribbon... You almost gave me a heart attack...

Ichika and Miku came walking into the doorway behind her.

Ichika: Hey. I haven't seen you since school camp.

Miku: How are you feeling?

Y/N: Earring, Headphones, you're here too?

They entered the room and Yotsuba came running over.

Yotsuba: Thank goodness. I'm glad you're alive, at least.

Y/N: It's good to see you all, too. Where's Stars?
