Dans p.o.v (shock, horror)

Me and PJ were strolling to school like always.

Our convasations kept rolling until we reached our destination.

"Well, gotta get to form. Meet you at lunch?" He said whilst beginning to divert from my path.

"Yeah sure. See you there" I slightly yelled so he could hear me.

I continued to walk to my form, in a world of my own, before I heard a broken cry coming from around the corner.

"Please stop." It screamed.

My head shot up and I began to walk as quickly as possible to get to the source.

As I turned a sharp right I came across a horrific sight.

I could see a crowed of people surrounding what looked to be a bloody, mess of a human under Darrens foot.

I froze in place.

I couldn't move, I couldn't breathe.

Nothing came to my mind except for 'help him'

Then another scream of pain erupted from his lips and as I snapped out of my trance I seen the poor boy struck with another blow.

My instincts kicked in and I sprinted into the centre of the circle and punched Darren square in the face with all the strength I could muster up.

Taken by suprize, he stumbled backward and fell on the floor.

Then he did someone no one expected him to do, he got up and ran.

Shoving people out of the way of the circle and he fled down the halls.

A small chuckle left my lips and the sight but then I consentrated and the boy in front of me although he didn't seem like as much of a boy as I first thought.

He had cute black ears popping out of the top of his head and a black tail lased around his torso.

His entire body was shaking and his clothes, covered in blood.

"How could somebody be so crule?" I muttered under my breathe before gently touching his shoulder to get his attention.

He flinched and squirmed away from my touch before taking a deep intake of breathe.

"Its okay. I'm only here to help." I whispered under my breathe.

The crowed around had now seemed to disappear and it was just us two.

The bell had already gone so we should be alone.

"No your not, no one is. If your going to beat me up then just do so already" a whisper of a voice said to me in an aggressive yet scared tone.

"I wouldn't dream of hurting anyone. As I said before I just want to help you."

"You hit Darren. That would of hurt him." He said in the same tone as before.

"Yeah, but that was only because he deserved it."

I heard him mumble some inaudible words under his breathe but decided against questioning him on what he said for now.

He began turning around ,wincing as doing so, to look at me and when he did I almost melted.

His big, blue orbes he called eyes were breathe taking.

It was almost as if they were the ocean, so calm and relaxing, I could get lost in them forever.

"So you don't want to hurt me?" He said in a questioning tone.

"I would never."

A soft smile spread across my face as he began to trust me.

"Can you stand?" I asked in to which he replied with a weak nod.

as he began his attempt he made a small squeeking noise before falling back on to the ground.

"I guess I'll take that as a no" I chuckled before getting a hold of his arm and , as gently as I could, wrapping it around my shoulder.

Then we began to rise off of the ground.

Every step we took seemed to hurt him more and more .

Then without permission I lifted him in my arms in an attempt to put less pressure on his badly injured leg.

His scared squeeles filled my ears soon to be replaced by laughter.

"Why did you do that you'll drop me. He laughed.

" you looked like you were in pain and your as light as a feather, how weak do I look?" I laughed with him.

"A heavy feather" I heard him whisper but just i ignored it since its clear I wasn't supposed to hear.

We carried on walking like this until we were out the school gates and at my front door.

"Where are we?" He questioned as I began to search my blazer pockets with the arm that wasn't holding the boy up.

"My house." I answered simply.

The second my hand brushed against my keys and I practically ripped them out of my pocket.

I put them in my lock before turning them and pushing my door open.

I knew my parents were on a business trip so I don't have to bother dealing with them and there questions.

I skilfully shut my door behind me and walked over to my couch where i carfully placed the mistery boy down as gently as I could.

"I forgot to ask for your name." I said loudly whilst going in the medicine cabinets and pulling out a first aid kit.

"Its phillip but you can call me Phil. What's yours?"

"Daniel but you can call me Dan." I said, reentering the room.

"That's cool." He simply stated.

"Ummm, if you don't mind me asking. What exactly are you?" I asked nervously in a kind yet questioning tone.

"Im a cat hybrid or a neko if that's what you would call it. I know I'm weird and wrong, I've heard it all before." He said sounding almost ashamed.

"Your not weird or wrong. Your different that's all and being different is a good thing not bad."

"You really think so?" Phil said with tears brimming his eyes.

"Of course I do."

"Thank you" he mumbled as tears began to trickle down his cheeks

he buried his head in his hands so I wrapped my arms around him.

"Calm down. It'll all be okay.I'm here. You'll be okay." I comforted.

"No I won't and I never will be." Phil sobbed harder.

"I'm here and I always will be." I whispered into his hair.

"Always?"

"Always."
