Atsumu felt his lungs tightening badly like water keeps drowning his insides.

He quickly experience extreme numbness, and his movements and responses become sluggish, drowsiness took over him in a short period of time as he gasped for air which he terribly failed to attain.

He shivered from head to toes, feeling the coldness all over his system. He felt like suffocating.

He opened his eyes and a beeping sound resonates inside the white painted room. His eyes are slightly opened, but all he managed to see are the shadows hovering over him, and the muffled voices echoing everywhere.

He drifted to slumber again with a feeling like he's submerging into the deepest of the water.

Atsumu's right hand stings as he moved his fingers. He opened his eyes seeing blinding lights on the ceiling. He groaned loudly and his mother's face appear right beside him.

An expression of panic and relief is presented with his mother's face. She quickly pressed the nurse's call button, and then and there, several men and women wearing white arrived in the room one after the other.

"Oh my God... Thankfully, you're awake, Atsumu!" her mother cried as she held and squeezed Atsumu's left hand.

Atsumu was release from the hospital after some tests... and assuring that he is completely okay after the incident.

"Hypo... what?" Atsumu asked as they sat into the couch if their house.

"Hypothermia..." his mother answered

"Hypo... What.. What's that?" the twins said in unison.

"Hypothermia is when your body loses heat faster especially if it has been exposed to a very cold environment." the adult explain but the two boys just furrowed their brows

"It's difficult to explain... but... let's just say, those with hypothermia are like water place in the refrigerator..."

"They became ice?!?" Osamu gasped loudly looking towards his brother.

Their mother nodded then head to the kitchen to cook lunch

"I.. I'm sorry... Ye fell into the lake, Atsu.. because ya.. ya saved me from falling down the water.. ya... ya sleep for so long.. I... I thought..." Osamu said sobbing looking away from his brother...

"Of course I'll save ya, Samu... ye'r my brother..."

"But.. Mom said... ya.. ye'r lungs almost coylapse (collapsed).. then yer tempe..tempe.. tempreture (temperature) went down... like so cold... Are ya cold, Atsumu? I.. I can bring ya blankets.. and jackets.. and sweater... and ...." Osamu said brushing his tears..

"I'm okay now! I'm good! Don't worry... I just like some water, Samu..." Atsumu said which the younger quickly responded with a nod and runs to the kitchen.

"I'll prepare ya bath, okay? Stay 'ere..." Osamu said leaving Atsumu on the bed.

The older twin felt weird like he forgot something important... he brush away the thought as he heard his brother calling for him. He went to the bathroom where Osamu prepared a warm bubble bath in the tub.
