There is something bothering Atsumu at the moment. He is standing outside Sakusa's apartment, knocked several times, and waiting for the spiker to open the door.

That one thing that caught him in trance is not about Omi getting sick or anything even if the spiker is the cleanest man in the globe...

It's the fact that Sakusa had been in a relationship with someone... The germ-hater Sakusa Kiyoomi committed himself to someone.... What are the odds?

It is not that Omi had been with Ushijima or with a guy that troubles Atsumu. It does not bother the setter who Omi dates or dated, different people has different preferences anyway.

But what makes Atsumu thoroughly be in deep thought is the reality that Sakusa really did had a relationship and the blonde hasn't had since birth.

Of course many had attempted to date Atsumu, but none actually get passed by his standards... or let's just say Osamu's standards.

His twin brother always has something to say

He's too thin... Probably not eating healthy.

Not her, too self-conscious and attention- seeker.

He's intimidating. What would ya get dating a guy like that?

Why agree to go out with a wimp like him? He couldn't even protect himself, how could he protect ya?

Don't be stupid. She just wanted fame cause ye'r idiotically famous.

and the list goes on and on. Atsumu sighed.

"Aaaarg!" he grunted in frustration.

"What's your problem, Miya?" Sakusa asked as he opened his apartment door seeing how the setter is standing there yelling.

"Oh, hey Omi!! I brought some fruits and Komori asked me to give ya yer groceries." Atsumu greeted trying his best to show his usual smile.

"Well, okay... Come in, Miya"

Sakusa settled in his couch, while the blonde went straight to the kitchen after insisting to cook something for the spiker.

Sakusa agreed only because his head is aching badly. He don't usually catch cold, but when he does, it's severe or worse.

The soup wasn't that bad at all, and Sakusa enjoyed the silence he gained as the setter just didn't say anything at all.

Unusual. Kiyoomi thought as he finished his food. He drinks his medicine and headed towards the small living room, Atsumu following him behind.

"What's your problem, Miya?" Sakusa asked leaning to the couch. He closed his eyes to make them rest, and let out a breath.

"Omi... I... I'm just wondering-"

"If it's about why I helped you, don't bother asking... Even if it's someone I hate, I won't let them die in front of my house." Sakusa replied, staying still on his position.

"What-" Atsumu replied still standing in front of the couch

"Besides... You're four against me in the middle of the night... What course of action could I have taken, ha, Miya?" Sakusa pointed out

"Four?" Atsumu asked curiously

"You on the door, Osamu, Komori, and Suna on the phone." Sakusa replied massaging his temple looking straight at the setter

"Oh.... I just thought... you care..." Atsumu whispered without realizing how intently Sakusa is looking at him.

"So, that is what's bothering you after all." Sakusa spoke with certainty on his tone.

"Actually... uhmmm... Not really."

"Spill it." Kiyoomi sternly replied

"I don't want to intrude or meddle or ask... but... is it true... that you and Ushijima... had a relationship?" Atsumu asked obviously curious

"Did Komori mention that to you?"

"Yeah." the setter replied averting his eyes away from Sakusa

"Yeah, we were... But it's platonic." Sakusa answered nonchalantly gaining a stare from the shocked blonde.

"What does that supposed to mean?" Atsumu inquired taking a seat in the chair next to Kiyoomi

"It means the way it sounds like." Sakusa replied rather plain.

"I don't get it." Atsumu mumbled frowning

"It means we are intimate, but not sexual. It's a mutual understanding to just try having a relationship, but it's not an assurance that we're gonna last or anything."

"That's why ya broke up?" Atsumu asked covering his mouth realizing how personal the question was.

"Yes."

"Are... Are ya sad, Omi?"

"No. I know that it would come to this anyway."

"Ya knew? Then why-" the blonde questioned bit was abruptly halted

"Because I felt obliged... or let's just say... I want to test it out... to see if I could handle an intimate relationship with others. It's my way of identifying my needs..."

"And what were the things ya learned from that experience, Omi?" Atsumu asked again

"It's none of your business, Miya... You can leave now..."

"What the-"

"I said leave." Sakusa replied calmly pointing at the hall connected to the front door.

"Why the sudden change in behaviour, Omi?!?"

"My head hurts. I want to rest, Miya"

"Aaaaarg. Fine."

"Lock the door when you leave."

"OKAY! OKAY! OMI-SAN!' Atsumu yelled back walking towards the door
"Just so ya know... my perspective about ya will never change... I still respect ya as a spiker, as my teammate, and as a friend, Omi." Atsumu continued before he closed the door leaving Sakusa's mouth agape.

"What the hell was he talking about?" Sakusa asked himself before sighing heavily, settling himself comfortably in the couch to take some sleep.
