Manang woke up me up, she told me to take care of Celestine because she will be going home so she could prepare a food for us to eat and also so she could bring clothes with her.
I head my way to the ICU, Hindi ko kayang hindi umiyak habang papalapit ako sa anak kong nakahiga sa kama at walang malay. I carefully went near to her as I sat on the chair beside her bed. I held her hands as I kissed it a couple of times, tears streaming down to my face.
"Please wake up, my princess. Mommy missed you so much, I miss your smile, your laugh, your voice and everything about you. Please don't hurt mama like this anak ko, I want you to wake up, please? Don't leave mama, you're my inspiration in all that I'm doing, you're luna's star."
"Anak naman, I'm begging you, please wake up now. Your daddy and I have so many plans to do with you, my love. Mommy promise you that when you wake up, you'll have mommy's time and attention. We will take a break, so we could breath. Hahayaan muna natin ang mundo, I know you're tired and I'm sorry kung hindi kita nakakamusta minsan, anak, you're hurting mommy like hell. Please wake up.." I whispered, sobbing.
I caressed her face as I sang her a song, the "Slipping through my fingers" by Abba.
The feeling that I'm losing her forever
And without really entering her world
I'm glad whenever I can share her laughter
That funny little girlSlipping through my fingers all the time
I try to capture every minute
The feeling in it
Slipping through my fingers all the time
Do I really see what's in her mind
Each time I think I'm close to knowing
She keeps on growing
Slipping through my fingers all the timeSleep in her eyes, her and me in the breakfast table
Barely awake I let the precious time go by
And when she's gone, there's an off melancholy feeling
And a sense of guilt I can't deny
What happened to those wonderful adventure
The places I have planned for us to
Well, some of that we did but most we didn't
And why I just don't knowThe song really speaks almost everything she wants to say to her daughter, when I finished the song, I planted a soft kiss on hee forehead.
"Wake up na, anak ko.. Mommy will wait for you, but please don't take it so long." I whispered as I caressed her hair.
The next day..

Since today is Saturday, Clea, Celestine's other friends from Ilocos and me decided to visit her in the hospital, Ipinasundo ko na yung mga friends ni Celestine sa Ilocos gamit ang private chopper namin and gladly pinayagan sila.
Before going to the hospital, bumili muna kami ng fruits and flowers for her. When we arrived, nakita namin si Senator Imee Marcos, papunta din ata siya kay tine so we approached her.
"Senator Imee Marcos, ng tigang party!" Josh called Sen. Imee's attention, we laugh and we got shy at the same time when he said those lines, she turned around as she smiled when she saw us.
"Oh hi beautiful people, are you going to visit Celestine?" She asked.
"Yes po, can we go with you? We don't know her room number eh." Alliah told her.
"Sure, let's go!" Senator Imee, replied.
We head to Celestine's room, tears are starting to form in my eyes but I'm preventing it from falling because I don't want to get their attention. I pity Celestine so much, she doesn't deserve to be in her position right now. Celestine has been a good friend of mine, she knows almost all of my secrets. She would always tell me that she's always there for me, kahit busy siya or may ginagawa siya, pag alam niyang kailangan ko ng kausap, she would always give time for me that's why I'm so thankful for her.
