Shé Famei's days of being a potion seller is not that bad because the people kept buying her medicine even though they were clearly being scammed. But her nights though, it's a different experience all together.

If Shé Baihua were to be favored in the day by the young adolescents, then Shé Famei were completely favored in the night. You see, the people in the black market was of course, mostly all grown adults just like her. So their tastes are more specific and rather questionable than the younglings. In fact, you could say that men and women alike are.... Uh... It's quite perplexing.

"Say miss, how about you and I go do ***** in ***** together?. I swear that I'll treat you good-"

A drunk mercenary came by. Not from any significant guild or company. He didn't buy anything. Annoyingly smelly. Destroyed a shelf of poison. Threatened to harm with a knife. Rejected. Kicked out. Later Disposed.

"Aiyaa~ Your looks aren't so bad ain't cha?. This big sister likes feisty girls like you. Say, how about you work under me for every night?. Sister promises you the pay is very good-"

A mama from the red light district. Came from an insignificant mid class brothel. Kept trying to touch her in weird places. Threatened to spread weird rumors. Rejected. Kicked out. Beaten. Face disfigured.

"You, this young master quite like you. Miss snake, you should be grateful that this master has caught you in his eyes. Let's go back to my mansion and meet my other wifes. I'm sure you'll be close friends as my new concubine-"

A cocky male lion demon. Probably some mid rank official's son. Too arrogant and loud, quite forceful and rude. Rejected. Forever banned in the store. Unable to be disposed due to heavy suspicions if went missing. Thus, the karmic torture procedure shall be commenced. Kidnapped. Given to the 'special men'. Spent a week, resulting in a heavy blow to the legs. Unable to walk for days. End results : Divorced all of his turned to taking men in.

Her nights in the black market district are definitely out of the ordinary. She had forgotten how the black market really is when she went away for those 2 human years. It is quite annoying when new faces kept coming in and not buying anything, even causing havoc in the store. Though they didn't become that much of a big problem if they were to be disposed. Unlike in the past, this store now has gotten pretty big. And is one of the top dogs in the black market district. So it's pretty foolish for newcomers to take her as an easy prey once they came to see her face.

You know what? Perhaps her face might be a problem too. Shé Baihua's the one who's supposed to be working in the night, not her. The time that she spent in a week to work in the night have become so much that she didn't even have a proper rest during the day. She was a Diurnal girl after all, her snake biology is going to be nuts if this keeps on going.

And so, Shé Baihua and Shé Famei finally made an agreement. During working hours, it's better for them to wear half face masks due to "cleanliness protocols". So, using her knowledge from her past life, Shé Famei requested one of her colleagues, a worker of the boss lady, to try and create some pairs of gloves and portable face masks. She gave them a drawing for the prototype, yet it seems that her drawing skills are still....not understandable. So Shé Baihua took over and drew the design instead.

After some weeks they finally managed to make the final product with proper yet ancient limited materials. Shé Famei thought that she should have done this a long time ago. But alas, she's not a doctor in her past life. And because the medicine or poison never had any effects on her, she thought that it was not that necessary. So the hygiene and cleanliness of her products in the past didn't matter that much to her. Back then, as long as the stuff works and not dirty, she would have been pleased. But now, it is a mini goal for her to make sure that none of her medicine or poison get contaminated.
