It felt like the day would never end.
First, your team had lost the game that day, then when you got back to the base, only wanting to shower, there was no hot water for 3 hours. And now, it was late, and all you wanted to do was sleep.
But of course, that'd be to easy, seeing as Mirage and Octane- the champions of todays battle- decided to blast music in the room next to yours. So things were going great.
And that's how you found yourself outside you boyfriends door, knocking with a tired expression on your face. The door opened him looking at you with a small smile. "Hey, pup, what's up-" he was cut off when you threw yourself onto him into a hug. After a moment, he wrapped his arms around you and hugged you back, pulling you into his room. Letting him go, you flopped onto his bed, groaning. He sat next to you, setting his human hand on your back, rubbing slightly.
"Your back is tense, you alright?" the Salvonian asked as you sighed. "Elliot is being loud again," you mumbled, referring to the trickster while Fuse chuckled. "Your shoulders and back are tense, you ok?" he asked as you groaned again, shaking your head slightly. "Here, sit up," he said, helping you sit in front of him, your legs hanging off the edge of his bed.
Sitting behind you, he gently rubbed circles into your shoulders, the tension in them melting away slowly, relaxing into his touch. After a bit, he stood up in front of you, holding his arms out. "Cross your arms please," he said, you doing so as he spun you around, wrapping his arms below them. Hoisting you up, he jumped slightly. When he landed, your back popped with a satisfying crack.
Setting you down, he spoke. "Better?" You rolled your shoulders, turning to face him. "Much. Thanks, Wally."
"No problem, Mate. you wanna stay in here tonight? I know how chaotic those two can be."
"That would be great. Love you, babe,"
"Love you too. Lets get some rest,"
