Anya POV
I was having a lot of fun until Alex, the idiot, made a stupid move. I had to interfere, even though I was feeling a bit drunk.
He is very impulsive and that makes him a little weak, so I guess I'm going to use that in my favor.
Before that confusion, I was with Caitlyn, a girl I had just met at the party.
I arrived with Dom and immediately went to the bar, asking for a cup of tequila, because if I was out of my room, then I might be out for a drink. Dom asked for a cup of vodka, a drink I do not appreciate.
- Hey Anya, do you want to join Francis, my friend? - he asked while blushing.
- Your friend...? Hm, a great friend, I can see.
- You know me too well, for god's sake! We are getting to know each other more.
- Okay, then I leave you alone with him. You know, for you two get to know more about each other.
Dom gave me a smile and went straight to his crush.
I stayed a little longer at the bar, looking at everyone dancing, and then, a great music started to play. So, I went to the dance floor, and once I was there, I couldn't stop dancing, bouncing my hair. I didn't notice that my braid vanished and that my hair was wild.
Oh, I was feeling the music. The beat, the lyrics, the voice.
I was relaxed, freed.
Then, a blonde haired girl started to dance with me, we were vibing together.
- Hi! I'm Caitlyn. - she yield.The party was very noisy, so she had to do it.
- Hi, I'm Anya! Nice to meet you.
We continued dancing until I asked her if she wanted to go to the bar. I had three shots of tequila, and so had she.
We talked for a while, getting to build a friendship.
- I can not believe it! You smashed your kindergarten teacher with a doll, because she told you to let the other kids play with it? - I said, laughing.
- Yes! How diabolical, isn't it? - She laughed too.
We laughed probably for five minutes. In consequence of that unstoppable laugh, we needed to gasp for air. Then, I crossed my eyes with Dom, who was moving further Alex, the one annoying him and Francis. That's when I stood up for them. After that, I led myself to Caitlyn, begging her to join me at the dance floor. She instantly accepted. She had such a good vibe.
I wasn't letting that idiot ruin my fun and night when he already ruined my day. And now, I have a new friend.
