Three months have passed. Between workouts and more workouts my body developed much more than I was expecting. The back muscles are well defined, my arms have considerable muscle, but what makes me proudest are my legs. I have to admit, I'm very fucking hot.
In this passing time, the tension between Anura and Djev increased. The cold war will end soon and the real confrontation will begin. For this reason, the best in my group were seconded to a mission on the field . I know, it's crazy to take recruits with 3 months of training to the field but I hope the bosses know what they're doing. The mission basically consists of simulating a conflict front and we have to get out of trouble. They will provide us weapons (without real bullets) and we will have to follow the previously defined strategy.
Oh, I almost forgot to say who "we" are. Me, obviously. A blonde girl named Caitlyn, I don't have much to say about her yet and Anya. Yes , the fucking dwarf .
I can't believe I'll have to put up with the brat during the mission. Once again I have to admit, she is very good with some weapons and has improved a lot in hand-to-hand fight. She still is a spoiled brat however I tried to make some approaches but it didn't go the way I expected.
Near lunchtime we were summoned to a meeting ,in which the captain responsible for the mission would be present. When I enter the room intended for this purpose, I see that my brother is sitting in one of the chairs and next to him is a woman who appears to be in her forties. She's a general. This means that Isaac is being supervised, maybe it's for a rise in hierarchical order.He would go from captain to lieutenant colonel.
A few seconds later the two girls arrived. They sat down and an uncomfortable silence set in. The general broke the ice saying:
- So you are the star recruits in your class. I must say that I am glad to see two female figures. - She smiled, Anya and Caitlyn returned the smile. - The high council analyzed your datasheets, your history and your medical conditions and decided that you are the most suitable trio for this mission. The purpose of the mission has already been briefly explained to you, but more details will be given in the future. Here is Captain Pierce, he will guide you and answers to all your questions. He is a very competent man and I have no doubt that you are in good hands.
Externally I didn't show any kind of reaction but inside I was jumping. Isaac is the best captain among all the captains of the capital and the fact that he is in charge brings me security.
- As the general said, my name is Isaac Pierce and I will lead this mission. The departure will be in two weeks, you just need to take your uniform, everything else will be given by the Kettershield base. ( Kettershield is a city in Brittian district, which is very close to the border ) I want to make it clear that although recruit Alexzander Pierce is my younger brother, no different treatment will be given to him. He is a recruit like everyone else and I will take care of everyone equally. I hope you do a good job and that you achieve the objectives that will be proposed. Now i pass the word - Isaac looked at the general and she continued:
- I have nothing more to add. Do any of you want to add anything?
- Thank you very much for this opportunity General - I said
- Recruit Pierce I have many expectations in you, so don't disappoint me.
Since no one else had anything to say, we were dismissed. Caitlyn hugged Anya, apparently she was happy to go together on the mission, but she didn't leave me aside.
- I'm Caitlyn and i hope we can have a good time together.
- You know we're in the same class, right? It's a bit obvious that you don't need to introduce yourself.
- Why do you have to be so rude? - Okay, the dwarf had to talk otherwise she would burst.
- I won't put up with your shit ,little shit.
- STOP CALLING ME THAT !
- Heyyyy, calm down guys. Please make a truce, we all want peaceful coexistence.
- I only accept the truce if he stops calling me little shit and dwarf.
- I only accept the truce if she grows up

- SHUT UP YOU TWO. MAKE THE TRUCE NOW OR I'LL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL - the face Caitlyn made scared me. Wasn't she the one who was supposed to be friendly?
- Ok ok - I rolled my eyes - Truce? - I extend my hand. Anya looks and squeezes, even though she's suspicious.
So we "sign" our temporary peace. I'm about to see who will be the first to break it.
