Prefect councilor! Sugawara & Rule breaker! Male reader

"(y/n)!! Again with your school attire!" the prefect standing at the front gates angrily yells at him, (y/n) just gave him a stuck out tongue and he runs to his homeroom.

"(y/n) wear your uniform please, this is the 17th time I have to bare with your bullshit" atsumu slumps over his desk, "what? Its not like I'll be getting detention soon. This is an all boys school anyways and its not like there's girls coming for you to play with" (y/n) sits at his seat and takes out his phone.

"just cause your the class monitor doesn't mean you can do whatever you want you know" 

"like hell I don't, at least I'm not a regular student like you or osamu" they hear the bell ring and the teacher comes in, she looks around and immediately she sees (y/n) in his outdoor outfit instead of uniform "(y/n) this is the 17th time your in your regular clothes, you know the school doesn't allow this type of behaviour" 

"? But this is what I always wear though?" 

"don't give me excuses (y/n) (l/n), you know very well that even in a private all boys school is unacceptable" 

"who even invited the witch into this school in the first place?" (y/n) mumbles under his breath, "(y/n) listen when I'm talking to you!" "uugghh... I'll stand outside if it means you continue the class" (y/n) gets up and heads out the door, "sorry to interrupt but is (y/n) here?" a knock on the door gains everyone's attention.

"oh here we go again..." (y/n) rolls his eyes and hears the sickening sweet dovey voice, "what a nice surprise from you president prefect councilor sugawara koshi" (y/n) says in a sarcastic voice, sugawara sighs and bows to the teacher "I'll be taking him for a few minutes to have a chat with him" and gets dragged to the councilors office.

"are you done yet?" (y/n) asks him, "I can't believe your not even wearing your uniform, I told you multiple times already!" sugawara said sighing, "what? Wearing that suffocating uniform wasn't going to give me space" "if its small or big you could just ask for a new one! It's not that hard you know" 

"even if I did who will hand it to me? Most of the prefects would either leave it somewhere that's difficult to find or not even find me at all. You know very well that some of them hates me cause of the rumors surfing around the school" (y/n) complains "you can always just ask me-" "hell no! Your the last person on my list I'm ever asking for help, your literally the president prefect councilor and I doubt you'll even do anything cause of your busy schedule" (y/n) waves his hands back and forth not into the idea.

"then what? Your already an infamous person in the school and you have the most points deducted cause of it" 

"well you think of what to do, I'm out" (y/n) turns and leaves, "your literally wearing this, are you asking for detention?" "if it means I get out of school early maybe" 

"your grades may be the highest but you'll get worse by the day" 

"watch me councilor koshi" (y/n) heads back to his classroom and waits outside, after the bell has rung (y/n) grabs his bag and bolts out to the old tree which was right next to the track and field room, taking out his headphones and phone he starts playing some games on his phone.

Sugawara POV

"president, we can't sorry" a prefect said, bows and leaves in a hurry.

That was the last one, most of the prefects hated (y/n) cause it always meant there was trouble nearby, my hands were already full from the acceptance letter students want for the open position for vice-president. 

The prefects weren't too reluctant on taking up the position since they had either tuition or they didn't want to, the vice-president position was almost vacant for a few weeks after the last one transferred to another school in osaka cause of work. 

"president, how about asking (y/n)?" a prefect raised up his hand and asked, "what? No, absolutely not! He's unfit  for the position" I flat out rejected it. "but the vice-president spot has been vacant for weeks and none of us have enough time to be up for it though"

"and he's not going to. Ever. He absolutely hates the idea of being a prefect" I said, (y/n) always have a habit of breaking rules when he had a chance, even at CCA he's not that active.

"how about a deal then? You can recover his points while help out as the temporary vice-president" 

'if only they knew it wasn't that easy... The only thing that runs through his mind is games and last minute assignments' sugawara could feel his heart about to explode anytime soon, "ah! I have tuition soon, sorry president but I have to get back home as soon as possible" one of the prefects said and rushes out, forgetting his own bag in the room.

"wait-" "umph" "hey, watch it you damn goody-two prefect" (y/n) dust his shoulder and heads into the music room, "eep, (y/n) is still as scary as ever" 

"he's just a rule breaker, don't be scared of that damn possum" 

"oh yeah? Fuck you and everyone of the prefects" (y/n) pokes his heads inside and said before leaving.

'I literally will make you pay for all the suffering you place me through since last year you damn rule breaker...' blood boils through my veins whenever I see that stupid face of (y/n)'s.
