"good morning yachi, kiyoko." (y/n) greets them both as soon as he enters the elementary daycare.

"good morning (y/n)." yachi smiles at him as she comforts a heartbroken tanaka in her lap. 

"rejected by shizume?" he raises an eyebrow at tanaka still bawling his eyes out when he clearly remembers him promising himself he wouldn't yesterday, "sadly yes..." yachi sighed and gently pats his back. 

"where's the dateko kids? Are they still in their playroom?" (y/n) sets his shoes aside and looks around the daycare to find them, "they are, it's almost time for Aone to come soon." 

"excuse me~ (y/n)-kun aone is here once more~" Aone's mother hums and walks through the front door with a giddy smile "miss Takanobu, your here. Hi there little giant." (y/n) takes Aone's backpack and stuff toy polar bear and finally grabs his small hand to lead him into his assigned school room.

"he's in your care now then, see you after 5!" "yes, see you." (y/n) bows his head forward and leads Aone to his classroom. 

"take that!" "Agh! Oh no I've been hit! Futakuchi... Take revenge for me..." koganegawa clutches his chest and pretends to die as futakuchi looks at him with saddness at his fallen comrade "don't worry I'll take revenge for you my friend! Take this!!" 

"oi you lot of noisy kids! Settle down we'll be introducing a new kid who's not noisy like you all." (y/n) opens the door and walks over to the whiteboard, he takes a marker and writes Aone's name and said "this is Aone Takanobu, he's going to be your new friend. He doesn't talk much so don't go begging for him to talk just because you want to okay? That's all." (y/n) abruptly ends his speech and places Aone's backpack into the cubby box next to futakuchi's and hands him his polar bear toy to him "you two, your in charge of taking care of Aone, if anyone tries to bully him teach them a lesson okay? Don't tell kiyoko or yachi about this." 

"okay!" 

"you can count on us!" 

(y/n) ruffles their hair and leaves the room, he looks up at the animal signs labeling which class and hears a loud scream and the sound of yelling coming from the fox class.

'... Please don't let it be inarizaki please don't let it be them...' (y/n) pinches the bridge of his nose and tightly shuts his eyes in desperation of not letting his wish come true but god just had to let him suffer from his already horrible night of not getting enough sleep.

As soon as he opens the door...

"ATSUMUUUUU!! YOU ATE MY BISCUIT DIDN'T YOU???" Osamu who was being restraint by aran yells as he kept on kicking his legs in order to reach atsumu who was on the other side being shielded by two of his classmates.

"SO WHAT? it's not like you were going to eat it anyway!" "it was suppose to be a gift! A gift damn stupid atsumu! Do you have any idea how hard I had to make this for-" 

"just what is going on here??" (y/n)'s menacing voice pierced the room to silence, osamu and the rest of the toddlers zipped their mouth tight upon hearing his voice, "both of you, stand in the time out corner. Aran, explain." 

Atsumu and osamu went to the most deserted corner and faces the wall with both their hands up in the air and made into a fist. 

"atsumu ate osamu's biscuit when he wasn't looking and it lead... To this." 

"it was a sight to behold." ginjima added with a giggle, earning a well earned smack to the head by akagi who told him to keep his mouth shut.

(y/n) blinks then looks back at the two then at the others and lets out a loud sigh "osamu, your free from your time out." he lets osamu go and slowly turns his head over to atsumu as if trying to find the reason why he had done it in the first place.

"atsumu..." 

"uh oh..." and gets lectured by (y/n) for 30 minutes straight before he decides to head out of the class room to calm himself down.

Up next was the fukurodani, bokuto and akaashi were drawing with each other while the others were busying themselves with make belief dinosaur toys and cars. 

He quietly leaves and heads onto the next room, aoba joshai. His second most disliked class ever since oikawa started talking behind his back all because he said he didn't want to play dress up and had to check up on other kids.

"hey everyone-" "and then I said 'why can't you be my wife instead?' and he said 'because I'm too old for you and I'm not a girl.' can you believe it iwa-chan??" oikawa rants on and stomps his little feet on the ground while puffing out his cheek like a cute hamster.

"..." (y/n) stops in his tracks, 'why on earth is oikawa telling that conversation to iwaizumi, poor boy must've heard it dozens of time already.' 

"why do I have to be the one who listens to your stupid talk with (l/n)-sensei? Can't you just tell that to Hanamakki instead?" iwaizumi protested and points to matsukawa and hanamakki playing with stuff toys in a corner.

"no! Only you get to listen to it, be thankful iwa-chan." oikawa shakes his head and huffs out his chest with pride, iwaizumi rolls his eyes and looked bored. 

"alright tooru-kun, you can stop bothering iwaizumi now." "(y/n)-sensei!" "it's (l/n) to you tooru-kun." (y/n) picks up iwaizumi and pats him on the back saying thanks for putting up with oikawa and hands him a fruity candy. Iwaizumi takes it and eats it happily, "(y/n)-sensei! Marry me!" 

"no." (y/n) flat out rejects him with no remorse, "one day! I'll make you my wife soon!" 

"go ahead and try, by the time you do I'll be married to someone else before you could even propose to me." oikawa stomps his feet on the ground and nags about why does iwaizumi get to be carried in his arms.

"oikawa has been rejected for the 40th time this month. Which means its the 146th time this year." hanamakki whispered to matsukawa, "you still keep track of how many rejections oikawa has gotten from sensei?!" "keeps me entertained." 

Nekoma and karasuno were thankfully managed by kiyoko and yachi so (y/n) had the rest of the to sleep in his sleeping corner. 

"..." 

"..." 

"... Marry me (y/n)-sensei." 

"for goodness sake oikawa-"
