"come on clock, hurry it up." konoha desperately looks at the clock hanging from the wall, "what's with konoha today?" wataru looks over at akaashi who shrugged and continued to drink from his water bottle.

"okay everyone, practice is over." once the coach said that, konoha quickly grabbed his bag and headed straight for the showers, "what's gotten into him?" "who knows? Maybe his pet went to the vet and now he's... I don't know?" 

Konoha then rushes out and took off into the streets, "maybe it's... Important?" Haruki looks at the doorway, "maybe it's got to do something with his 'baby'." 

"baby?" 

"he's in a relationship?"

"what?" 

"how?"

Akaashi is given shocked and weird glances by his teammates, "yesterday he said that his 'baby' was sick and was bedridden, he didn't specify who it was so-" 

"it sounds awfully similar to (y/n)." Wataru said, "yeah, he's been sick since yesterday and is being taken care of by someone." 

"that person must be konoha! (y/n)'s parents are in Shinjuku always working the night shift. It definitely has to be him." Haruki said, 'none of you are listening to me.' akaashi looks at them and sighs but doesn't pry in further. 

"(y/n), I'm back." konoha opens the front door and heads up to (y/n)'s room immediately. 

"..." "there you are, how are you feeling?" 

"terrible... I feel my nose are being blocked and my temperature isn't dropping..." (y/n) cracks open one eye and looks at konoha's blurry figure coming into view. "that's why I told you not to go out during night time unless you wear something warm! Look at you now!" 

"I'm sorry... I was only going out to the convenient store to buy some pizza bread..." 

"you meant to buy the whole stock of pizza bread for yourself to eat while you stayed at home and not share some with me?" "... Yeah." "you even dare to say yes, you are one little cheeky kid." (y/n) covers his nose and turns to the other side "you... I'll make some warm soup for you, don't move okay?" 

"okay..." (y/n) stretches his hand out and grabs his phone to check the messages from his classmates and parents. 

Akaashi :

How's your cold? Make sure to eat your medicine and rest well

Bokuto :

Hey hey hey~ Get well soon! 🎉🎉🎉

Wataru :

Make sure to drink plenty of water. Also tell konoha that he's going to do extra work for not helping with the cleanup.

Mom :

There's leftover ginger and peppermint tea, remember to drink some soup once konoha goes over.

Dad :

I'll bring some of your favourite candies when I get back home. Love you ❤

'wataru...' (y/n) could only sigh when he sees the text message, 'konoha won't even care about having to stay back, he'll just try and find a way to get out of it.'

"here, some chicken soup. Make sure to take your medicine too." 

"you sound like my aunt. Are you sure your not working for her secretly?" (y/n) gets up and takes the bowl of chicken soup, "baby, I've never even seen your aunt before. Just drink your soup and be a good boy and stay in bed while I  wash your clothes next." 

"fine..." 

Ending is for you to decide. I want them to cuddle and fall asleep but SADLY I made this instead.. ToT
