Liv and I had gotten back from work.

I hadn't heard from Grandma since our conversation. I just hoped that she was wrong and Liv was right for me.

I'd already fallen too deep for her to be right.

As I walked into the shop with Liv I saw a tall black haired stud by the counter.

I ran up to him "Daniel!"

I jumped into his arms and he laughed, "Hi Talia!"

He hugged me and I hugged him back while burying my face in his chest

"Why did you have to move out of state butthole." I said.

He tilted my head back so I could look at him.

He raised an eyebrow, "I'm still in the state, I just moved cities for work."

I glared, "Still. That's like a 2 hour drive. I can't see you often."

He chuckled, "Well to your luck I'm being transferred out here next month."

I gripped his shirt, "You better be serious."

He nodded while hiding his smirk and both our mothers looked so happy.

"Tell her the other thing, tell her." Mama T urged.

She was excited and he smirked, "Ally is pregnant."

I covered my mouth to not scream but it came out anyway, "Daniel! Oh my goodness, congratulations!"

I hugged him and he held me.

I glanced back and I saw Liv awkwardly standing by the end of the counter.

I chuckled and let him go.

I pulled her to me and said, "Daniel this is my girlfriend Olivia, Liv this is my brother Daniel."

Her eyes widened, "Daniel...wow you're all grown up."

He looked confused and I said, "I'll explain later. But Daniel I'm so happy you're coming back."

I looked at Mama T, "Mama T, you and Aunt Abby are going to be co-grandparents."

Mama T looked at Mama D with a grin. Mama D grabbed her apron and shook her.

Daniel and I giggled. Mama D always did that when she was upset. They still can't even yell at each other.

"Speaking of Aunts and Uncles. Mama D tell uncle Kevin to keep his alcohol home for Dani's party." I said sternly.

She then said, "I tell him every year and he still doesn't listen but I'll tell him again."

Of course not.

Daniel looked to me, "How's everything going with Dani?"

Right, he hasn't been here in almost a year. He doesn't know the progress we've made.

"Pretty good." I said softly.

He raised an eyebrow, "Really? Last time I was here she wouldn't even look at you."

I smiled softly, "Oh she looks at me now."

And like clockwork we heard fast footsteps coming down the stairs.

She jumped down the last two steps and landed on her feet.

She looked up and our eyes met. I put my bags down as I watched the wide smile form on her face.

"Mommy!" She said excitedly.

She ran to me and I opened my arms so she could run right into them.

I picked her up and hugged her, "Oh how I missed you, I missed you."
