It was late at night. I woke up because I had a dream that a thunderstorm was happening and mommy wasn't here to hold me.

I wasn't upset with her right now because the thunderstorm wasn't real. But if it was I'd be upset because she would be breaking our promise.

But I do understand that she and Olivia need their date nights. So I'm not too hard on her on the one night of the week she isn't with me.

I looked up at the clock and read that it was ten thirty.

And I was a little excited because I knew my mommy would be back within the next thirty minutes to check on me.

I could bribe her to sleep in my room...but with what.

Maybe an apple would work. It's still a long shot even with bribery, she usually stays with Olivia after their dates.

Sometimes I think that Mommy wants to be with Olivia more than me but other times I remember that Olivia is like Mama T for Mama D so I don't get upset.

It's hard some nights when she's gone. I want nothing else than to be with her.

Mama T keeps offering to call her so I can speak to her but I'd cry if I heard her voice. And I don't want to ruin their date.

Once my thoughts slowed I stood up and decided to get some water.

I went downstairs. I figured I'd get some water and then go back to bed.

Now that I thought about it, I didn't need Mommy to sleep in my room. She promised to spend the whole day with me tomorrow, just me and her.

I smiled at the thought.

I made it downstairs and turned on the light behind the counter. I went over to the fridge and opened it.

I took out the water pitcher. It was heavy.

I grabbed a cup and poured myself some water. I put the pitcher away and sipped my water.

As I sipped it I saw something big coming towards me at the window.

I was confused until it hit the window and the front shattered. I ducked down as glass flew everywhere.

I then heard, "Get the kid!"

I tried to hide but three big people came behind the counter. I screamed and they grabbed me.

I could hear fast footsteps.

I started to scream, "MAMA T-"

He covered my mouth and they carried me out the broken window.

I saw Mama D and Mama T run down the steps with bats "DANI!"

They ran to me but the guys put me in the van.

"Drive!" One yelled in a almost familiar voice.

And the van took off. He threw me down and I hurt my hand really bad. I just started to cry.

"Shut the hell up." He said angrily.

The guy took off his mask and he was that guy who was being mean to Mommy that day.

I cried harder at my realization. He wanted to hurt me.

He grabbed my shirt, "Shut the fuck up!"

He hit me and I just curled up in the corner and silently cried.

I wanted my mommy.
