Suspended

So long story short I now have a three day suspension. I'm enjoying watching the principal phone 'home.'

'Well that didn't work so, I guess I will just have to phone your other emergency contact,' he stated. What is that guy high or something I only have one emergency contact.

'I don't have another emergency contact,' I said looking at him confused. I generally don't lose my temper at school but I did, and now I have to stay calm as losing my scholarship would ruin my life.

'Yes you do, now shhh,' he said as my mind was trying to work out why.

'Hi yes, this is Harvey's school, could you come pick her up she has been suspended,' he said as my eyes widened shocked this number had answered. What the hell, I did not add a new emergency contact.

'Right Harvey, their on Their way,' he stated hanging up the phone.

'What?!' I asked looking shocked and slightly outraged.

'Yes, now what happened anyway your our best student, besides from a little sass and anger, you've never found yourself in this much trouble, and you get in a fight and throw a table,' he said calmly looking genuinely curious.

'Flash, is an asshole,' I replied pissed sitting back in the chair falling into my thoughts.

'Harvey, let's go,' I was brushed out of my thoughts as I looked up replying with shocked look. Should've known, Stark was behind this looking at Natasha I stood up listening to her apologise for my behaviour before following me out. I followed her to the car running would have been pointless. I'm pretty sure they are tracking me at this point. I sat down letting myself be strangled by the seatbelt. I was so furious that I just hadn't said anything.

'You want to tell me why you got suspended?' Nat asked looking at me condescendingly.

'No,' I replied hostility.

'Alright, well I was going to keep this between us but since you don't want to tell me looks like I'm getting, Clint and Bucky involved.' She said sighing.

'Fine.' I replied crossing my arms and trying to look out the window.

'We need to get you a car seat too,' Nat said looking at me.

'I'm thirteen I legally don't have to have one,' I stated still not looking at her although speaking as though I was glaring at her.

'You can't even see out the window, I don't care if you don't legally need one, it's dangerous.' She said as I rolled my eyes. Nat parked and ok I'll be honest I am actually a little scared, Bucky and Clint are not going to be happy. Plus something tells me that I am going to be made to tell them. We walk into the lobby of compound and I see Steve immediately. 

'Nat what's Harvey doing here isn't she still supposed to be at school?' He questioned.

'Little Miss, here got suspended for three days,' they were talking as if I wasn't there. I sat down on the sofa slumping downwards I knew Nat wasn't kidding when she said she was going to tell Clint and Bucky. I think I zoned out for a while cause when I looked up I saw Bucky and Clint coming in.

'Friday said you needed us, oh.' Bucky said looking at me.

'What's Harvey doing here, shouldn't you be at school?' Clint asked pointing at me confused.

'Harvey got suspended.' Steve responded watching Clint's expression change.

'Why?' He said this time looking at me.

'None of your business, why are you in my emergency contacts anyway Natasha, you shouldn't be,' I replied looking at her my tone still very obviously furious.

'It was Fury's decision,' Nat surprisingly responded.

'Well if you don't mind then I'm going home you can't keep me here,' I said standing up and walking out, yes in front of four Avengers. I feel myself lift of the ground and start kicking and struggling to try and get out.

'Hey, hey put me down, put me down.' I protested. Technically Bucky did put me down, just not how I wanted to.

'I'm not letting you go until you tell us why you were suspended,' Bucky said sat down holding me in his lap like a young child. By this point I was freaking out. Trying not to have a panic attack. So I teleported home. I didn't think about it though because I was freaking out I had grabbed Bucky's hand and teleported him to my treehouse as well. I was in a full scale panic attack now freaking out. I hadn't noticed that I was still in Bucky's arms. I think I shocked him a little too.

'It's ok Harvey breath with me ok,' I heard his voice soft.

'In, Out, In, that's it, focus on my breathing,' I did as he said still not realising I had teleported him with me. He calmed me down and I then looked around and realised where I was.

'I-I'm sorry,' I said looking at him. Why the fuck am I apologising these are stupid people who can't leave you the fuck alone.

'Harvey it's ok, but where are we, better question how did we get here?' He asked.

'You want something to eat?' I asked avoiding the question.

'Really,' he looked at me disappointed.

'Well, I guess I have to tell you now don't I,' I said picking up my pillow and laying down.

'Uh, later I'm going to sleep, oh and you won't get any reception up here,' I said grabbing a blanket and Leo. I actually fell asleep basically immediately which was surprising considering there was only just enough room for two people I wasn't ready to talk to Bucky yet. I knew sleeping was probably the only way to do that.

Avengers POV

'Wait so, she literally disappeared with Bucky,' Tony asked.

'Yeah,' Steve replied.

'And we can't track either of them for some reason,'

'Well this is just great,'
