Ok, so i thought that this little thing i got going here is a first and that no one would ever make a public online journal for everyone to read and judge, thats just stupid. but anyway, guess im not the first smartass to come up with the idea and people have actually been doing it for a while. Ever feel like youre always one step behind everyone else? sorry dont know where that came from. anyways, today is fairly boring, i woke up at around 7 am, not by choice i can assure you. actually the heavy rain woke me up and i was really excited since its about may and rain this far is extremely rare. anyway, now its about 1:20 pm and i still havent gotten shit done.
i still need to water my plants, yep i have a tiny window-garden kinda thing going on. but outside the window not in. i also have 2 , no wait 3, ughhh. i have 3 paintings just sitting there staring me in the face and one of them ive left on hold for about a month now because im bored with the concept and no longer bothered to finish it. which is a tad bit annoying because its a big expensive canvas. oh yea, i paint if that wasnt obvious already. honestly i do anything that has to do with art, you'll find out more in the future entrys. so the second canvas is a little smaller and on that i tried to paint this water texture but since i made the stupid decision of using acrylic paint which doesnt blend once dried, it looks like a big mess. now i plan to repaint over the whole thing and start from scratch but im just to lazyy. the last piece is actually smaller than an A5 page and is an oil painting of a greenish swamp, only the weeds are left to add, but as i said, im lazy.
i did have a good breakfast tho. i made a cheese omelet which i make often and its really good. i know you didnt ask for a recepie but heres it anway.
2 eggs
milk
salt
pepper
chili flakes
coriander
spinach
a green chili (optional, i wanted some spice today and added one)
mozzarella cheese
Now this isnt a food blog or book so im gonna be vague with the amounts since i always go by eye and taste preference. in a bowl crack and whip two eggs adding a tablespoon of milk or even 2 tbsp if youre eggs are mega eggs. in it add all the spices to your taste, if you dont like spicy dont put in the green chili and go easy on the chili flakes. wash and chop up a bit of spinach and coriander and add it to the mix. in a 15-18 cm hot pan add the mix and use a spoon? spatula? i dont remember what its called. use the thing to bring the cooked edges of the omelet inwards and tilt the pan in the direction of the now missing chunk, so that the uncooked looking mix in the middle fills the spot. repeat this to the cooked edges until the liquid batter is almost gone and the center now has alot of folds due to pulling the edges inwards. at this stage when its no longer liquidy, take your grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it on one half of the omelet. this is important to do only hald because you are then gonna get your spatula under the side of the omelet which doesnt have cheese, and flip it over the one with the cheese. this way you'll get a good omelet half with cheese in the middle. let it cook for a minute longer. flip it at your own risk if you wanna cook the other side some more too. and then take it out of the plate and bon apple tea.
so yea, other than a delicious breakfast today, i just feel really drained and unmotivated, the past few days aswell. i dont really have anything interesting planned for today, ive got little to no social life, thanks pandemic. i know that technically people are hanging out these days but i have a totally different case. my school- well my old school has opened and now everyone actually goes to class instead of online classes. but i dont. STORYTIME KIDS.
