Tw: Self-harm.
Mother's Love
"Say hi to dad, Sophie." Aga carried the baby while Brene was sleeping in her stroller.
Aga has been doing little meet ups with Charlene and Sophia for a week. They go for lunch or dinner, there are times it's a whole day being together, he wanted to build that bond he has with Brene to Sophia.
"Oh, she's in the mood, huh?" He rhetorically stated as the infant's tiny fingers enveloped his pinky.
He now had accepted the fact that he's a father of two. It wasn't bad after all, as long as he's both responsible to them and stands equal to fatherhood.
"Hi Brene." Charlene reached for her clothed feet and caressed it. Her face scrunched as she noticed the little change in intricacy of Brene's face.
"She looks quite pale?" She was not sure but the lips were giving it away. Aga turned his head and that's when he got alarmed. Brene does indeed look a little different-sick perhaps.
"She got thinner too. Are you taking good care of her?" She might hate that her child has to share the same father, but she can't deny that she's still a mother. The instincts are there.
"Of course I do! Can you hold Sophia for me? Let me check on her." Charlene took her child from Aga as he carried his other one.
His forehead furrowed when his skin felt the increasment in her temperature. It was not normal.
"Oh god, she's hot. Cha, I'm sorry. I need to cancel our plan for the day, I need to bring Brene to the hospital." She smiled at him and nodded.
In the room. Where everything was just pure murky except a part where a peek of light is coming through the window, shadowing the bottom corner.
You can see nobody since the person occupying it is currently having a bath.
Parehas silang mayaman. She was drowning with those random-hurtful thoughts in immense rued, though she knows that it won't help her in any aspect. Albeit, it'll just make her overthink. Despicable and wrath. Lea continued to overthink.
"Lea? Lea? Gising! Polo! Tara dito, pakibilisan! Buhatin mo si Ms. Lea akin na yang susi ng kotse." The lifeless body of Lea, not breathing, submerged in water, her body floating welcomed Chelsea as she opened the unlocked door of the bathroom.
She pulled Lea out of the water, giving her a CPR as it turns out, she was not only drowning with her thoughts. But also in real life.
People in the house were confused on why there wasn't even a tiny bit of sound coming from her room. They were trying to call for her and knocking but only silence intake their voices.
They were able to retrieve her life within a few minutes while Chelsea kept of doing CPR. Her blank eyes; emotionless, sequenced her face. They wanted to pity her, but Lea only kept mum and never spoke even when they arrived at the hospital.
"Dra. Geronimo (Chelsea) please do try and keep track Mrs. Muhlach's mental health. She's experiencing late postpartum and depression itself. This might get severe and it might cripple to self harm. This scenario already explains what she can do to herself." The attending doctor said, noting Chelsea what to do to make sure Lea's being watched well.
