Who's the winner?

Hello! The above picture is a picture of Ryla during the beauty pageant, now who do you think will emerge as the winner?

Asah took my hands immediately. "Ryl, this dress is dazzling"

"Thanks" I said happily.

"Anderson told me to give you this, he can't enter the dormitory, you know" she handed me a pair of black high heeled shoes.

"They are lovely"

"Try them, let's see if they fit" Asah told me.

As I put on the shoes, she said excitedly. "Did you see Kosi's gown? She looked like a child" she put her hand over her mouth laughing heartily.

The shoes fitted perfectly and I cat walked around with a stupid grin on my face.

"Now, let's see how Kosi is going to take first position with that baby gown" Asah laughed again mockingly.

"I don't like the lipstick she applied on you, try this one, it's my own" Asah said after a while holding out a red lipstick to me.

I collected it from her and applied on my lips.

"Now, you look stunning!" She screamed.

"Sun girls, it's time!" A senior ordered.

"Ngwa, let's go" Asah said.

"Only me and you?" I asked bewildered.

"No, of course"

It was then I noticed all my apartment girls waiting for me and Asah on the lawn.

"What, this is crazy, how come?" I asked shocked.

"That's what comes with mutual hatred" Asah whispered.

I smiled as they all stood complete except for Kosi, even Deze and Flourish were there, Deze was equally dressed in a beautiful gold gown.

Before I knew what was happening, someone covered me with a thick sweet smelling clothing and led me towards the exit.

When we reached the hall, the contestants were told to wait behind while others entered inside.

I stood shakily feeling a bit shy because of the style of my gown and the high heeled shoes that made me taller than everybody else.

There were five houses in all, the Green house that Deze told me they called Life house, the Blue house that the called Sky house, Pink house which they called Princess house, Red house which was Ruby house and Yellow house which was called Sun house.

The first house to go was Sky house and I was surprised to see Nora clad in a royal blue outfit walk into the hall, she cat walked waving her hands at the crowd of people that hailed her.

When she got to the stage, she curtseyed and took the mic.

"Good day, everyone, seniors and juniors, welcome to this beautiful day, I'm the first contestant in Sky house and my name is Amanze Nora Ujunwa"

They hailed her and she cat walked to the rows of seat provided on the stage for us and sat down.

This was the method they followed until all the sky girls entered.

The second house was Ruby house and Amara was the first to enter, there were loud cheers in the hall, she smiled gracefully.
"My people, welcome to another beauty pageant of the season, as you all know, I am Brian Amarachi Vera, your number one girl"

They cheered loudly people raising a red banner up, the second person was who I recognized as Wisy, Kosi's friend.

Her dress looked like Kosi's own but it was red and she was wearing a red fascinator on her head.
