Y/n's POV:

"Miss Olsen, here are the documents you asked for," I say in a cheerful voice as I walk into her office without knocking and place a small stack of papers on her desk, meeting Elizabeth's soft smile.

"Are you seriously going to call me that, Miss Y/Ln?" She asks without removing the smile from her lips, gets up from the table and walks around it, coming up to me.

"Ew, it sounds gross, don't call me that," a fake pout on my face makes her hand reach up to my cheek, pinching it lightly.

"Then don't call me «Miss Olsen» too, deal, sunshine?" She asks, leaning towards me and planting a gentle kiss on my forehead. Her affection almost makes my heart jump out of my chest every single time, as if I caught some kind of gay panic for the first time in my life.

These days that we spent together were not only the best in recent times, they were the best in my entire life. That calmness and a sense of security that I feel next to her, how all my worries and anxieties immediately fade into the background as soon as she appears in my field of vision, all this brings me so much happiness that I never expected to receive in my life. But I also never expected her to want me the way I want her and to choose me over everything she had.

"I was just playing," I murmur, "it sounds kinda hot if you ask me," I say, biting my lip and theatrically winking at her, watching her smile widen.

Without saying a word, she pulls me into a warm kiss, wrapping her arms around my waist and completely forgetting where we are, slightly pushing me to her table.

"Do you know that anyone can see us here?" I reluctantly break the kiss, increasing the distance between us for a bit, even though I don't feel like doing it at all because being in her arms is definitely what I'm willing to do for the rest of my life.

"Yeah, they can," disappointment is evident in her eyes, "I already heard couple of rumors about myself and I wish I never did." I notice that her mood is obviously beginning to go down, judging by her slightly drooping posture as she walks towards the sofa near the large window.

"It's been only three days and I'm already tired, Y/n/n," she speaks as she sits down on the sofa and leans her head back against it, placing her palm on her forehead. Seeing her like this definitely isn't on the list of the things that I'd ever want to see, but all I can do is just promise her once again that we're going to get through this together and offer her some physical comfort.

"Wanna tell me about what you heard?" I ask carefully, sitting down next to her and taking her free hand in mine, stroking her knuckles with my thumb.

"Don't you know everything about it yet? You're usually the first one to tell me all the rumors," she smiles sadly, squeezing my hand in hers.

"I wasn't here until today, remember?" I remind her of this, replaying in my head how I spent two days with my friends, for whom my recent news did not come as a huge surprise.

"I mean, we knew that it would happen, we even wanted to bet, but turned out that both of us were rooting for you two getting together," Olivia speaks as she puts a spoonful of ice cream in her mouth and exchanges glances with Mads.

"Yes, you should've seen it from the side, we often had the impression that you were already dating. So, what we have now...firstly, she canceled the wedding, secondly, you now live together, and thirdly, your parents already know everything?" Madison wonders, staring at me with a curious look.

"Yes, and her parents know too, but something tells me they didn't like it at all despite the fact that El said everything was fine," I say, recalling my worries about the upcoming birthday of Mrs. Olsen.
