Lots of stores and money later we were finally going home. I was exhausted from shopping so much, so I went up to my room and lept the bags on the floor as I laid in bed, scrolling through my phone. Calum had come in a little later, chuckling at the sight, "Looks like you got some cool stuff,"
"Thank you for getting it," I thanked him, shutting off my phone.
"Not a problem," he smiled widely and sat down next to me. "Tired?"
"Very,"
"Did it feel good getting out of the house?" he asked and I nodded. "We need to talk about school,"
"What about it?"
"Since you can't go to your old school we can get you in a private school around here or we can homeschool you, it's your decision," he explained.
"Private," I answered and he nodded.
"I think that's good decision, you can make friends there,"
"I don't think anyone will like me," I mumbled.
"They'd be stupid not too," he said and I shrugged, "you're going to have so many friends there, and you can take classes that you enjoy. I know you were advanced at your old school, so we can get you into classes that challenge you more," he explained and I nodded.
"Can I sleep?"
"Not yet, dinner should be ready soon," he said and I huffed. "You're low on energy, we're going to have to get you vitamins," he told me.
"I'm always so tired,"
"I know, it's the aftermath of everything," he said.
"Can I skip dinner?""You need to get your nutritions, it'll help you be less tired all the time," he explained. I stopped arguing, it would get me nowhere. Instead I accepted it and nodded in agreement, but I moved over and laid against him. He tried to keep me up by talking, which did work. I ended up staying up for dinner, so we went down and sat around the table. Sierra and Crystal had talked about us going shopping and some stuff they found, and the guys would chime in with comments or either excitement or sarcasm. I didn;t say anything, but everyone could tell I was exhausted.
After dinner, Ashton gave me my medication, which I finally accepted the fact that he could. I only allowed Calum or Ashton to, but that was ok with me. "Go on up and get some rest, I'll have Michael set up the humidifier," he said and I nodded, heading upstairs. While I was curled under the duvet, Michael came in trying to set the thing up and swearing a lot in the process, which made me laugh.
"This thing fucking sucks," he mumbled.
"It's not that bad," I told him.
"It's the damn instructions, they suck," he explained. Eventually he got it set up and sighed in relief once it started working, "There,"
"Thanks," I quietly thanked him. He smiled in return and sat down on my bed next to me.
"Feeling any better?"
"Sometimes," I shrugged.
"Well that's good. There are going to be highs and lows," he said.
"Seems like there's more lows than highs," I mumbled as I traced the duvet cover.
"There will be more highs soon. We'll be moving, you'll get to decorate your room however you want, you can go back to school, and things will fall into place," he explained and I nodded. "Is there anything I can do to help?"
"No, not really," I shook my head, looking down.
"What if tomorrow we go and get your hair done?" he asked, making me look up. "I know right now it's hard to take care of yourself, but this might be something fun to do. You can dye it, cut it, or keep it how you want it. Whatever you do will be awesome, and it'll be one less thing you have to worry about,""Can I dye the ends blue?" I looked up at him.
"That'll look so cool," he grinned widely. "I'll call and set up an appointment,"
"Thanks Michael,"
"Anytime kiddo,"
