True Connection

   The planet was being lost to the Sepratists. So the Bad Batch was called in, but things still weren't going the way they were wanting it to. Anakin was not sure how they were going to turn this in their favor. In a calm moment he called the council.

   "Masters we need help out here if we're going to keep hold of this system. We're hopelessly outgunned." Anakin said to Masters Obi-Wan, Windu, and Yoda. Yoda deflated a bit.

   "We are not able to deploy another Jedi and their troops out there. We are spread thin, and have no available troops." Master Windu spoke.

   "I'm not meaning to interrupt, but we do still have one more Jedi General." The Chancellor said as he looked to Windu and Yoda. "She has been off the field long enough. I do believe it is time she be re-deployed, and in command of a group that matches her skill level."

   "She made a lateral ascension in the Force, Chancellor. She could be as dangerous to our men as she is to the enemy." Obi-Wan stated to Palpatine.

   "I do not see much choice in the matter, Master Jedi." The Chancellor argued with Obi-Wan. "We cannot afford to hold back one of our strongest warriors... Especially in this time of war."

   "See no other option, do I." Yoda spoke to everyone. The Chancellor clicked a button and the image of a cloaked female figure appeared.

   "How may I be of assistance, your Excellency?" She spoke to the Chancellor.

   "I am putting you in command of Clone Force 99. You will be going to Anakins location to meet your new team, and to help him end the Sepratist occupation there." The Chancellor informed the woman.

   "Is it a good idea to put me out there, Chancellor? I've become, as some would put it, a liability." She asked him, and he sighed.

   "My faith in you matches the faith I hold in Master Skywalker." His eyes held a pleading look. "We need your help." She seemed to be thinking when it seemed she made eye contact with Anakin.

   "Do you trust me Master Skywalker?" She asked him and he exhaled.

   "I trust you with my life, Master (L/n). I need your help out here." Anakin looked at Rex and Hunter. "We all do, and the people of this planet are desperate to be free."

   "Then I shall leave immediately. I'll bring a supply ship with extra rations, ammunitions, and more power cells. If it's my help you want, I will do everything I can to provide for the troops. Expect my arrival by tomorrow evening. I need to commandeer a supply ship, your Excellency." She said to the Chancellor as she finished speaking to everyone else.

   "One will be ready for your arrival by tonight, Master (L/n)." Both the Chancellor and Master (L/n) disappeared from the call.

   "Unsure of her redeployment, she is. Keep and eye on her until the end of the mission, you must." Yoda spoke to Anakin, who bowed.

   "As you command, Master. I have to go. May the Force be with you." Everyone's images disappeared and Anakin exhaled.

   "Why do we have to get a General?" Hunter asked.

   "She's a good leader, and an even better Jedi." Anakin told Hunter trying to calm him a bit.

   "The other Generals didn't seem to think she should be in the field." Hunter argued back.

   "She lost her entire squad in an ambush a few months ago. It really had an impact on her." Rex said to him.

   "The pain from losing the men she had been serving beside for years had a negative effect. Her connection to them in the Force was so strong that when it was severed she made a lateral ascension. Her connection to the Force strengthened drastically and when we found her... Well she was sat in the middle of a small battle field. All of the battle droids were dismantled, but not by lightsaber. It was as if they had been torn apart by hand." Anakin told Hunter who exhaled.
