This is a request made last year by MoonMaige. Author Lady forgets to read the comments sometimes, and I deeply apologize for not seeing it until recently. I hope you like it! Rex x Reader

Rex trudged behind Jesse, Echo, and Fives as they led him to what he believed to be his doom. He had gone a year in the service without getting a tattoo. It was something he had prided himself on, but he made a mistake. He made a bet with the three mischievous brothers infront of him, and he lost. He shook his head as he realized there really was no getting out of it since General Skywalker had aided in the three winning the bet. The worst part is that they got to decide what the tattoo was, and where it was going. He was terrified he would have something embarrassing on his body for the rest of his life.

"Come on Rex!" Jesse called to his commanding officer.

"Yeah, you're falling behind ori'vod!" Echo calls next and Rex groans as he picks up his pace to catch up with his brothers.

"You alright Rex, you're lookin' a little green?" Fives asked him and Rex gave a small glare.

"So sorry I'm not excited about putting mystery art on my body." Rex sassed back. Jesse rolled his eyes and then pushed open a door that led into an establishment called 'Go With the Flow Tattoo Parlor'. He glumly followed them into the shop with Echo bringing up the rear so he couldn't escape. When they entered the receptionist looked up from whatever she was doing. She pressed a button on her desk.

"Jut your boyfriend is here." The Nautolan woman said and soon after a purple Twi'lek came bounding around the corner. Her arms, chest, and lekku were decorated with tattoos and she was dressed in all black. The black leather of her boots, her pants, her vest (which she obviously wasn't wearing anything under so it showed her midriff), and her headdress complimented her figure.

"Echo! It's been too long." Jut says as she and Echo pull eachother into a loving embrace.

"It's not been that long." Echo says slightly disappointed.

"46 rotations love. That's too long for you to be away from home." She argues and he frowns.

"I'm sorry Jut. You know how the service can be, but maybe after the war is over we can finally settle down." Echo says and it seems to appease her.

"Oh is this the one getting the tattoo? I haven't seen him before." She says as she examines Rex.

"Right. Jut this is Captain Rex, Rex this is my girlfriend Jut." Echo says and Rex smiles from ear to ear.

"It's nice to finally put a face to the name." Rex says as he shakes her hand. "So I take it one of you is my artist for the day?"

"Oh no. Kyra developed the shakes and sadly can't operate a needle anymore, and I will be working on Echo." Jut says and Rex looks confused.

"Then who is working on me?" Rex asked confused.

"That would be me, Captain." A thick Zeltron accent sounds from above them, and he looks up. He had been so far in his grief he hadn't even realized that there was a small metal spiral staircase going up a level. Footsteps make their way down the steps, and his eyes skim from her feet to her head. She sported attire close to Juts', but she wore a black long-sleeved crop top. Her pink skin and bright blue hair contrasted beautifully and Rexs' jaw dropped as they made eye contact. Her sapphire eyes kept his locked in and he felt like it was hard to breathe.

"I'm Rex." He introduces himself and she smiles wide in return.

"(Y/n) (L/n)." She says and they shake hands. When she had gotten closer he noticed the tattoos covering her stomach and neck. "Ready to be treated like a human canvas for a couple of hours?"
