I know I rarely say anything before or after a chapter, but I would like to share something. I have fallen out of the MHA fandom, but don't fret. I will continue to publish chapters. I have much more time on my hands so I can update this more often.
I have fallen deep in the Bungou Stray Dogs fandom. I have started writing fanfiction about Soukoku. If you are interested in reading those, you can look up lunaectic on ao3. Once I have completed the ones I'm currently working on, I will publish all of them here. The chapters are much longer than these chapters.
I will try to complete this fanfic by the end of the year. I would say we are halfway done with this. I know certain parts that I want to happen. I will not share it, though. You'll just have to read.
Enjoy this boring ass chapter.
I turned around to walk out and have my feet carry me home, but Dabi grabbed my arm and dragged me to the table. He grabbed a pen and a piece of paper that had a table chart on it. I watched him write my name on the top.
"Is she someone new joining us?" The man asked.
The man looked to be in his late fifties and grey hair hung above his shoulders. His almost black eyes looked at us curiously with some hope mixed in. Laugh lines dipped into his face and there was a small mole underneath his left eye.
"She is. The doctor at the hospital told us to come here three times a week at four," Dabi said, his grip on my arms not easing up.
"I'm sure I know why she was in the hospital, but I'm glad to see you alive. The people that love you don't want to lose you," The man said, a smile on his face. "My name is Haruki. I will be helping lead the meeting and I will sign your sheet after the meeting is over."
"I really don't want to be here," I scowled.
"Everyone that starts never wants to be here. Some of these people have been clean for ten years and they still stop by to help others," Haruki said.
"Why does that have anything to do with me?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Just give it a chance. It's not as bad as people make it out to be," Haruki said.
"You don't mind if I sit with her this time?" Dabi asked.
"Go ahead. It's a learning experience for everyone," Haruki said. "Just go through those double doors and you'll be leaked to a room with chairs in a circle."
Dabi nodded then dragged me between the double doors. Most of the people here were older than me. There were three that were younger than me and four that were around my age. Dabi picked two open seats and sat me down, letting go of my arm. He sat next to me and placed one leg over the other.
I crossed my arms and bounced my leg. The coming down was hitting me a little more. I was still nauseous, but I knew throwing up would be pointless. I didn't have any food in my system. I at least wanted water.
Just as I thought about it, one of the younger girls went around the circle to give everyone a water bottle. I didn't say anything except I drank the water. No, I downed half of it. The water felt so good going down my throat.
A few minutes later, Haruki came into the room with a clipboard and a bible. He sat across the circle from me and gave me a thumbs up. I adverted my eyes and took in the rest of the people in the room.
"It's now four o'clock. We're going to get started," A woman said. "My name is Vial for our newcomers today. I am a mother of three and I have been clean for twenty-five years."
The woman had long dark blonde hair with some white hair mixed in. Her hazel eyes were turned downward and her skin had a couple of burn patches. She wore a black blouse with white jeans and black tennis shoes.
