Better Than Drugs - Dabi x Reader

Author's Note

I should have written this since the very beginning, but I feel like now is a better time than ever to mention a couple of things.

This is what to expect in this book:

1. Y/N struggles with mental health. As you can see so far, she is struggling with a form of addiction. Right now, it's kind of mild and it's only alcohol. I'm not going to spoil anything since it will later be revealed in the story, but you guys will get an answer about her behavior and how she acts.

2. This book will be extremely realistic due to personal experiences. I know many of you probably won't relate on a high level, but I hope you will be able to understand the Y/N. When I mean personal experiences, I mean that things will be triggering for some people.

3. There will be smut. There will be some vanilla moments, but there will also be quite a bit of BDSM. I will edit this whenever a chapter is updated and there is some hella heavy smut.

4. Suicide and Suicide Ideations will happen during this book. I will NOT put a trigger warning for when the chapter(s) happen. If you comment about how I should put a trigger warning, you clearly didn't read this nor the bio of the book.

5. Drugs will be a big part of this book. Some drugs that you will see in this book are Xanax, Weed, Mushrooms, Cocaine, and Opioids. Weed and Xanax are the main ones.

This entire page is your trigger warning from here on out with this book. Trigger warnings will NOT be placed on the chapters. This entire book is a trigger warning. This book is a way for me to cope with the feeling of wanting to be intoxicated. Writing it out is basically a last resort for me so I don't fall back in again. It's been helping pretty well so far.
