Kian and I stay in a hug for at least five minutes. he keeps whispering "i love you" and kissing my cheek. I hear the door open as I see a doctor come in. he drops his clipboard once he sees me awake.
"She's awake!" He yells in to the hall. Nurses and more doctor run in a few just stare "it's a miracle" I hear whispers.
They gather around me. "why is it a miracle?" I ask trying to sit up.
"Well we didn't think you were going to make it." I finally succeed and ask "wait how long was I in a coma" the doctor looks down "a few weeks" he says
I look at kian he holds my hand and sadly nods. "what about my-" I clutch my stomach
The doctor shakes his head "your baby is fine. " I sigh in relief. "What even happened" I ask
"Well you weren't paying attention and a large SUV ran into you your car flipped crushing you. it was very unlikely you would survive. you must have had something urging you to come back. the ratio you would live was 1000 to 1".
I shake my head "this can not be real"
"Unfortunately it is."
