'So whoes jac father?' Kat glanced over at him before turning her eyes back on the water. The horizon. Waves fading away into nothingness. Seemingly falling off the edge of the earth. If kat was a simple woman she would believe the world was flat and it ended at the edge of the seven kingdoms but she was not a simple woman. Yet as she watched the waves disappear she envied them. Getting to fade away. Not having to deal with war or thrones or rulers. She didnt have to either. This wasnt her damn fight. But here she was.

'I notice you have many rings but none of them seem to be a wedding band' jon went on.

'I threw that to the bottom of the ocean on my journey here. Well not dragon stone but after leaving kings landing. Varys had a ship and that ring was weighing me down'. She told him coming face to face with her half brother. The king of the north. 'when on a ship its important to keep what matters and toss useless baggage, it weighs down the pirate and the ship.' She informed him.

'Who was he?' She turned back and walked deeper into the water. She called over her shoulder to him.

'Dont worry about him. Hes dead.'

'Sorry.'

'Im not'. She muttered finding a shell under her toes she picked it up and poured the sand and water from its crevices. She tossed it to jac she was making pictures with the shells kat found in the sand. Trying to balance them on top of each other.

'Shes a very happy baby' jon remarked. 'Always smiling. Even as the dragons nearly scared the shit out of me and my men' jon said smiling back at her as he slowly approached the water.

'She likes the dragons' kat remarked.

'Dago!' Jac said flapping her arms like wings

'When we first ran into them she cried and cried. I thought they were going to kill us. We sat there for hours jac crying into my arms as the dragons threaten to burn us down to ashes...' kat told him.

'What happened? how did you escape?' jon questioned moving closer still.

'Tyrion. He saved us.'

'He did?' She nodded turning to him her hair blowing in the breeze

'Ive faced mermaids and kracken and spirits from davy jones locker and i wasnt scared. i was excited for a new adventure but those dragons... Those fucking fire breathers... i thought we were gonna die. But tyrion came. He was so damn brave. He walked up to them and set them free of their chains. They flew over our heads.' Kat told him.

'He had met them before he knew they-' jon began

'No. He hadnt seen them either but they trusted him i guess. They threatened to spit fire at him too but he didnt back down. It was the sexiest and most terrifying moment in my life.' Kat admitted

'Wow... tyrion Lannister?'

'Yes tyrion Lannister.' She kicked up the water at him laughing

What kat didnt see as her gaze focused back on the horizon was tyrion standing behind the large rocks. Listening. Watching. Falling deeper in love with this woman.

The world seemed like an anchor pulling him down and kat was the only one with the strength to pull him back to the surface.
