Steve - It was the summer of '86 and you had spent the last few weeks working at the Gap at the Starcourt Mall. The job wasn't the best and the pay wasn't great but it kept you busy and you did end up with a killer staff discount, something that proved useful since you and your friends bought most of your clothes from their. After another long shift you decided to treat yourself to some icecream at Scoops Ahoy, it was there you met Steve Harrington for the first time. Of course you already knew who he was, after all he was a legend around school, but you'd never spoken to him. When you arrived he hit you up with some cheesy pick-up line that made you straight up laugh in his face. This caused Steve much dismay and his co-worker Robin to add another tally to her score board. None the less you found the display endearing and you could already tell you'd be coming down for icecream more often.
Eddie - You'd found out your brother was smoking weed, again. Now this wouldn't be a problem for you, you can appreciate that everyone has different ways of coping with shit and if getting high helps for someone then why not. However, you're the older sibling and you know that if your parents ever found out then it's be you who got the blame. Of course you could just tell your brother to stop but that probably wouldn't work so you went straight to his source. Eddie Munson. You knew he was the local pot dealer around school so one day after school you followed out round the back of school into the forest where he just dealt some drugs to one of the football players. Once the guy left you cornered Eddie insisting that if he didn't stop giving drugs to your family members then you'd sneak into his house at night and shave off his precious hair. This clearly struck a nerve with the boy however he couldn't help but feel impressed by your nerve. He promised he would stop and then proceeded to offer you some weed for yourself.
Max - You met Max whilst waiting to go and speak with the guidance counsellor. You knew that her brother had passed away recently so you weren't shocked to see her here. Clearly whoever the guidance counsellor was currently talking too had a lot of issues because they had seriously overrun on their session for two people to be waiting in line. You always thought Max was pretty cool but it wasn't until you overheard her music blasting from her headphones that you decided she was the best person ever. You two struck up a conversation about the wonder that is Kate Bush which of course laid the perfect foundations for an awesome relationship.
Peter Ballard - You were Brenner's daughter and so because of that you spent a lot of time at the lab. However, there were strict rules about your 'visits' that mainly involved you staying in your fathers office away from everyone. You weren't allowed to wander around no matter what but one day when you were bored out of your mind you decided a little adventure was a good idea. Of course the place is like a maze and so you got lost almost instantly, forgetting which way was your fathers office. Eventually you bumped into a tall figure dressed in white. He literally looked like an angel, like he was hand-sculpted by god himself. He introduced himself as Peter Ballard before informing you with a smirk that you shouldn't be there and kindly escorted you back to your father's office.
