When They Realised They Loved You

Steve - You had been sat with Dustin when he realised. The two of you were sitting in the shop waiting for Steve to finish work so you could all go to the movies together. You were currently in a heated debate over a game of D&D that the two of you had played the with other guys earlier that week. You'd been doing that a lot lately, playing D&D, ever since you accidently referenced it the younger boys had been inviting you to play and admittedly it was  quite fun. One look at the smile on your face as you laughed with Dustin enhanced his feeling for you, making the butterflies he normally felt around you more intense. What he was feeling towards you now was different from what he normally felt. It was stronger, more powerful in a way and he realised there and then that this was it. He was completely in love with you.

Eddie - It was late on night after school and the two of you were in his bedroom studying. Now by studying it meant you were trying to go over some chemistry flashcards you'd made while Eddie was sprawled out on his bed, mindlessly strumming at his guitar. While studying with Eddie was never a good idea (because he always distracted you with his weird tangents in conversation, kissing, just looking completely gorgeous and now apparently music), you still always found yourself over at his house the night before any exam. You were sat in your pyjamas, a half open bag of crisps on your lap as you read over some notes you'd made in class. Nibbling on the end of a pencil whilst mindlessly humming some tune, Eddie couldn't help but look at you and think how lucky he was to have you there with him. He'd been feeling this weird sort of thing for a while, an all-consuming feeling and need to always be around you. It was only now though that he realised that the feeling was love and he loved being in love with you.

Max - Max was at home in her trailer when you all of a sudden burst into the room. You had a grin spread wide across you face and a gleam of pride in your eye. Enthusiastically you told her all about how you'd finally beaten her high score on one of the games at the arcade and thus proving that you were the better gamer. You would think that Max wouldn't be too happy about this prospect and yet the pride on your face just made her heart swell with love. 

Peter - It had been over two weeks since Peter had been able to see you and so when he overheard Brenner talking about you being in his office, he practically ran to meet you. Throwing open the door he found you sat cross-legged on the floor, reading some sort of book. As soon as you heard the door open you looked up to meet the boys eyes and you couldn't help but smile. Standing up you walked over to him, asking if it was okay for you to hug to which he just nodded. The two of you stood in an embrace for quite some time and it was then that Peter realised he could not (and would not) live with out you. That he felt this feeling so strong and so powerful that he was almost scared of it. But it was there.

Robin - The two of you had gone to grab a burger after school, having been hungry and not being able to spend much time together that week. You were currently telling her all about how you'd been given a detention the other day because you got in a fight with one of the boys over him  being a sexist douchebag. Robin couldn't help but feel a sense of pride over it and how you were able to handle yourself. She's never loved anyone before, at least not really, but right here, right now she knew she loved you.

Dustin - You were watching tv with Dustin at his house when he made this remark about the tv show you were watching. You didn't know whether it was because you were tired but you were giggling like crazy over it, a little snort slipping out every other laugh. Dustin thought this was adorable and thought fondly of how you would once get all shy and embarrassed when you laughed. He like that he had this effect on you and immediately decided in that moment that he would love you for as long as he could.

Lucas - You were having a conversation over lunch when one of the basketball guys made a flirtatious remark towards you. Not letting Lucas intervene, you quickly came up with witty, fast remark that caused the boy to flush with embarrassment. Lucas never felt more proud to be your boyfriend then in that moment and soon realised that he loved you more than he ever thought possible.

Will - You had invited will over to your house to show him your sketchbook. Since your first date you had been promising Will that you would bring him over to show him your work. You proudly displayed each sketch too him with a little smile on your face. Will loved them. All of Them. While sure they weren't conventionally good and you clearly weren't the best artist, the comical value of your artwork was priceless. He could help but smile at your various little stickmen not to mention how happy you were of your drawings. He realised then that you were just too precious and you definitely were the person he loved.

Mike - The two of you had been arguing because Mike had ditched you yet again to hang out with El and the others. While you didn't mind him spending time with his friends, it was happening more and more and him standing you up at a restaurant because of it just wasn't okay. You explained this clearly to him telling him where he went wrong and how he could do better. In that moment he realised that he actually loved you because you cared so much for this relationship that you were willing to say when he was in the wrong.

Nancy - End of year exams were coming up soon and so you and Nancy were sat in her bedroom going over some flashcards. With each correct answer you provide her a sweet kiss on the lips which of course lead to her being even more motivated to learn the material. Within a few hours she was getting every question right and she couldn't help but feel happy that you were the one who helped her do it. You had sacrificed your evening to help her prepare for her exam and she loved that you did that for her. She loved you really, all that kissing had made it clear to her.

Jonathan - You were helping set up the Snow ball for the local middle school. Jonathan was taking pictures and you were dishing out food with Nancy. Throughout the evening he couldn't help but smile at how nice you were to all the kids, how you indulged there weird ass conversations without a single hesitation. As the night drew to a close he managed to snap some photos of you packing up and as soon as you realised you started protesting saying you probably looked like a frazzled mess. Jonathan personally thought you looked perfect and told you as much yet you still remained humble. He loves that about you, in fact he is pretty certain that he just loves you.
