Naga AU- Yandere Naga Moon x Sun Part 3

Moon's pov:

Progress is good with my little sunflower..~ The village had came for him and the boys but clearly weren't brave enough to face me... Even with what they had used in the past... Forgetful little humans... Have guns but can't remember to aim...

I guarded Sun for about a week now, keeping him close and had marked him several times with my scent..~ Now others with smell that he is mine!~ The wild hounds already avoid my scent and some other threats! Mainly humans to worry of...

Stupid village... I already explained to my sweet little sunflower of my past and wishing to avenge my brethren! But alas... He still was to afraid to fight by me... I suppose I'd rather him stay safe anyways... Rather than risk his life over those who have died already...

I won't lose my gem!~ My mate~ Mmm..~ Just the thought of him as my mate made me purr with excitement!~ But I have a goal tonight... Tonight... I take their village..~ After all... I heard them blame Sunny boy for my work... They need taught manners..~

I slipped stealthily threw the village, grabbing a random lit torch they used to see their thin trail that I towered over in size. I shoved several over, aiming for homes or fields that weren't near the woods... Last thing I need is that to burn... And it will thin my enemies of many things... Including lives..~ But back to my sunflower..~ Don't wanna keep him waiting..~

Sun's pov:

I had been forced to stay in this cave a week past when I was supposed to leave... God I feel... Pathetic... I have opertunities to warn people! To escape with what I have! But I sit in fear...

I didn't tell moon when I tried to escape... But when I did try... The village seemed armed... And I heard some speak of me like an animal killing livestock... I h-hadn't hurt anyone! N-none of this would have happened if I didn't stop to look at some flowers!

No matter... It was late... And the time for redemption is over... The people there want me dead as much as they did with the nagas Moon knew... The only option left is to hide... So I will... maybe some day they will calm down and save me...

Speaking of Moon, he came in the room. I was pretending to sleep in the grass. He coiled his long tail around me and held me close like a doll. I mean... At least he still cared for me... He fed me... Guided me... Shown me of what plants were safe or dangerous...

Those missing boys only left me with flowers.. And look where it lead... I pretend to just wake up, yawning slightly, "Mmm.. Welcome back.."

He nuzzled me slightly, "Apologies for disturbing your rest...~ Figured I would hold you..~"

"No no... It's fine.." ,I chirped with a tired smile.

He nods and held me, getting comfortable, "You're safe my Sunflower..~"

I nod shyly and we cuddled. I smiled holding him close. After all.. The village would be fine.. Not like it would burn in the night. But little did I know... It did exactly that...
