Harpy AU- Harpy Corrupted x Sun Part 2

Corrupted's pov:

I held my treasure, waiting for him to awaken. During the wait I seemed to also doze off, cuddling him. When I woke up he was squirming, making me grumble. Such a twitchy little treasure!

I looked to him curiously, "Hmmm?..."

"Let m-me go!-" ,my treasure whined, struggling in my hold.

I was a bit confused and pout, "No! Shiny treasure!"

He looked at me surprised, "Y-you can talk!- h-huh?-"

"Why wouldn't I?"

He paused... Seems my little treasure may have questions. Well... I got time..~

Sun's pov:

This is so bizarre! A talking bird man??? First I'm kidnapped... Now I learn it can talk! If this were some dream I swear I went to bed after some drug! It just keeps getting odder!

"If you can talk... Why didn't you speak before???"

He smiled down to me, "Not often for me to... That and yelling while you're running likely wouldn't have helped..."

I nodded, supposing i would run if some giant bird man was running at me AND yelling...

I huffed and looked to him, "Well when am I going home?..."

He laughed at my question and pulled me close, "Why you are home my treasure! With me in my nest! We can return to that old shack if you wish to collect things- But you'll stay here!"

I was shocked and insulted! Shocked he seemed so glad and positive of me staying and insulted he called my REAL home a shack! This bird man... Has SOME NERVE!

I glared at him, "This isn't my home! And why do you say I live in a shack?"

He tilts his head, still wearing his smug look, "It is now! And you're shack is a bit small no? Here is more space that can be expanded if needed and my pretty treasure to guard~"

I blushed and huffed, "I refuse to stay!"

He smirked at me, "Hmmmm... I'll give you a deal then~"

A deal?... "What kind?..."

"You can return to your shack and stay there. And I'll only visit on rare occasions..."

I liked where this was going till the next few words spilled out...

"IF... You can get down without my help~" ,he had a wide smirk, pointing down.

I figured it couldn't be that hard! But as I looked where he pointed... I saw the source of his smug attitude... below were thorn bushes and poison ivy... Likely to guard his nest... Some even growing onto the trees themselves...

Oh my goodness... On top of how painful it would be to try getting down... The height didn't help none... probably a few stories tall... And a bad fall that could break bones if not careful...

Getting home will be harder than I assumed as he watched me with his taunting grin.
