Olivia Baker

"Hold up! What the hell you mean she didn't show up?!" Nae inquired as she walked through the mall with Olivia and Layla. "She must not know, messin' with Spencer's livelihood wasn't the best idea for her" she shook her head in disgust.

"How did Spencer react when she didn't show up?" Layla furrowed her eyebrows. "I mean I'm sure he was pissed when he found out..." she continued.

"He was surprisingly a lot more calm than I thought" Olivia answered honestly. "Hell, he had to tell me to calm down. Isn't that something?" she inquired rhetorically.

"He's definitely got somethin' comin' for her ass" Nae lightly chuckled. "Spencer bein' calm is foreign" she mentioned.

"He's toned it down quite a bit since we've been together" Olivia said and her friends nodded their heads. "But Spencer isn't who she should be worried about" she stated, causing Nae to raise an eyebrow.

"Oop!" Nae clutched her chest. "And what chu gon' do, Liv?" she chuckled once more.

"Not a damn thing" Layla crossed her arms and Olivia glanced at her. "Destiny isn't worth the trouble" she told Olivia.

"I disagree" Nae held her hand up. "A good ass whoopin' is what she needs!" she nodded her head.

"She said Spencer had a history of violence and-"

"Which isn't a lie" Layla interrupted her, causing Olivia to glare at her. "Don't give me that look, Liv. The three of us know about Spencer's past. He should be fortunate she didn't show up" she shrugged her shoulders.

"But he would never harm his daughter nor put her in a position to be hurt" Olivia crossed her arms. "She implied that he would and that's not right! The amount of emotional and mental stress I've seen Spencer endure within the last few weeks because of her! She shouldn't be able to get away with this!" she felt herself getting enraged.

"Olivia...relax" Layla placed a hand on her shoulder. "I understand your frustrations and anger towards Destiny...but you've got to be smart moving forward. You see how quick she was to take Spencer to court" she continued.

"Layla does have a point" Nae mentioned and Layla nodded her head. "But I'd still beat her ass to be honest" she chuckled and Layla rolled her eyes.

"I'd rather not talk about this anymore" Olivia sighed in frustration. "Let's focus on what we came here for" she continued and her friends agreed. The three young ladies continued to walk through the mall.

"Olivia" Nae tapped her shoulder as she glanced ahead. "You know that dude right there? He hawkin' at you" she pointed at him and Olivia glanced in Nae's direction.

"I do" Olivia waved at her friend from a distance. "That's Quinten. He and I meet in-"

"Tell me the details later, it looks like he's coming this way" Nae interrupted her and Olivia just laughed.

"Wait a minute! That's him?" Layla stood next to Olivia and she nodded her head. "I remember you told me about him before. He is fine..." she said.

"That...was before Spencer" Olivia glanced at Nae as she nudged Layla's arm.

"It's normal to find people attractive. Just as long as you don't act on it. I mean the nigga is fine, Olivia. You can't deny the facts" Nae shrugged her shoulders.

"What up Liv" Quinten approached her, giving her a brief side hug. "What chu doin' out here?" he kept his gaze on her.

"I'm here for the same reasons as you" Olivia answered. "Just needed to get a few clothing items for tonight" she said.
