Spencer James
Soon as the call with Liv dropped, Spencer immediately hopped back into his car. He had his gun sitting in his lap, ready for anything to occur.
"Sean I'on know what's about to happen but best believe I'll end my day in prison" Spencer spoke out loud.
He checked her location and seen that Olivia was a few blocks away from the store. He sped out of the parking lot and onto the streets, not caring about how fast he had been driving. He thankfully beat every yellow light and then slowed down as he'd seen Olivia's car in the street. Her car had been struck on the driver side and somehow ended up on the sidewalk. It appeared no one else was hurt during the crash.
"Shit!" he quickly put his car in park and rushed towards the scene. Spencer's knees immediately went jello as he'd seen Olivia unconsciously laid against the steering wheel.
"Olivia!" he screamed with panic in his voice. He attempted to open the driver side of the door but the door would not open.
"DO NOT TOUCH HER!" a young woman yelled from a distance. "I called 9-1-1 and they are on their way!" she told him.
"My WIFE is in the car!" Spencer yelled at her as he approached the driver side of the car.
"Sir!" the young woman approached Spencer. "I understand she's your wife but do not touch her, we don't want to cause her body any more harm than it already is in" she reminded him.
"Baby I'm right here, aight!" Spencer said as he stared at Olivia through the window. "I'm not going nowhere!" he yelled. Suddenly, Spencer's ear twitched as he'd heard the sirens from afar.
"Do you have information on the person that did this?!" Spencer questioned the young woman.
"I wrote down the license plate number" the young woman handed Spencer the paper. "The suspect was Black, maybe early 30s, and covered in hella tattoos" she mentioned.
Spencer's blood boiled as he knew who was responsible for the crash. "Thank you, miss, for helping my wife" he stuffed the paper in his pocket and turned back towards Olivia.
The ambulance hurriedly arrived at the scene and the paramedics bounced out of the truck. They were asking the young woman a ton of questions as they began to assist Olivia with aid.
"She has a pulse and is breathing!" Spencer heard the EMT announced.
"Sir, I'm her husband, and-"
"I suggest you follow us to the hospital, we're taking her in!" he interrupted as the paramedics began to place Olivia on the gurney.
"Baby I'm right here!" Spencer held onto the railing as the lifted her into the ambulance. "I'm right here with you!" he reached for her hand and gently squeezed it.
"Excuse me!" an officer called for Spencer. "Do you have any details on what happened?" he approached Spencer with a pen and notepad.
"The young woman right there has all of the answers you need" Spencer pointed at the young woman and frowned when he didn't see her. "Officer all I know is I was on the phone with her and that's when I heard the crash. But I've got to get goin'" he approached his car.
Truthfully, Spencer did not want to speak with the police nor answer any questions. He wanted to be with Olivia. Plus, he knew he would handle the situation on his own.
While on the way to the hospital, he notified the family of the crash and informed everyone what hospital he and Olivia would be at. Soon as he arrived at the hospital, he frantically waited in the emergency room for more information.
