"This day was going to come." You say as you look at Namjoon sitting in front of you. "It's inevitable."

Behind him, with crossed arms, stands Jimin, who has no idea about the topic you're about to discuss. He missed out on it just like you did.

"The best thing you can do right now, is to tell me everything, and then we can possibly do something."

You side eye Jungkook gloomily, who was lying on the bed with a hand in his hair. The bandages that wrap around his arm make your stomach churn, the blood that sticks to the cloth makes your heart feel empty.

You cannot look for long before your chin quivers, eyebrows frowning and your eyes fill up. Jimin's lips draw to a thin line before he walks up to you and covers your eyes with his palm, turning your head away from the sight.

You rest your forehead on his abdomen as your eyes shed a couple tears, he tries to soothe you by patting your back gently. You silently sob into his embrace as tension grows in the air.

Namjoon looks at your broken figure for a few moments before he decides to break the silence.

"Just what the hell were you thinking?" He says angrily.

"You've already messed up so much by not telling us the very first day you were attacked. I mean, how can you even think twice about this? Obviously you had no choice but to inform me about this, what's wrong with you? Do you know how serious this is?"

"I didn't want to worry you!" Jungkook says looking at his injured arm. The bandages look fresh and clean, the red patch of his wound adding some contrast. "I knew this was going to happen, but I thought we'll go back within a few days before anything serious happens and I'll make it back home while avoiding the drama."

"Drama? You 'thought'? Are you out of your mind? Think about us, think about Yn, think about yourself. If you had made me aware of this incident before, you wouldn't have had to see this day. Do you know how important you are to all of us? Stop being so non serious about yourself. You have no idea how much I care about you."

Jungkook looks down with guilt in his eyes, biting on the inside of his cheek as he slowly realises that telling Namjoon beforehand would have been the better decision. He could've just bit the bullet and let people talk and gossip, it would've at least saved him from being so close to death today.

"Did the guy try to harm you in your sleep? Or were you awake?" Jimin asks.

"He was asleep.." Namjoon responds only to see you bawl out harder into Jimin's arms. He clenches his jaw out of worry, taking a short pause to give you some time. "But the guards got there on time, he could only manage to give Jungkook a small wound on the arm."

"I don't know where the fuck he went. It's like he vanished into thin fucking air! From right in front of my eyes."  Jungkook lifts his hands to describe the situation, frustration mixed into his voice.

"Don't talk. I'm still mad at you." Namjoon says. "Just how HOW can you be so fearless?" He palms a hand on his forehead. "Someone who actually broke into the garden, found exactly where you two were, how do you not have concern?"

"That's actually spine chilling." Jimin adds.

"Okay fine! I'm sorry about not informing you." He buries his face into his hands.

"Yn did you know about this?" Namjoon asks and you choke on a breath for a second. Your teeth clench together together as you try to maintain your composure.

You told Jungkook to not hide things. You told him.

"No she doesn't know about it." Jungkook quickly answers on your behalf, making you hiccup. He doesn't want Namjoon to get mad at you. You wipe your tears before looking at him with mixed feelings.

"This isn't going to work like this." Namjoon insists, getting up and walking upto you to wipe your tears. "Tell us everything from scratch. How did you revive her, what's this all about, and how can we stop this?"

"It's strange we never talked about how Yn was revived." Jimin says releasing a small chuckle.

Hearing things like this make your heart beat faster, it feels weird to hear such things about yourself.

"I can't do this." Jungkook throws his head back on the headboard. "I can't relive those moments, Joon. They're my worst memories of all time."

Namjoon tsks before looking away in dismay. This is getting more and more difficult.

"Jungkook.." you speak for the first time in a while. "I..I think I know exactly what happened."

Jungkook lifts his head back up and looks at you with a surprised look, blinking and waiting for you to continue.

"The dreams I had, I finally remember what I saw...and I think I know how you revived me."

Jungkook gulps, a cold chill running down his spine.

"Lately I've been feeling sudden heartaches, and I cannot explain it in words, how much my heart is paining right now. It feels like I'll get a heart attack, and I know exactly why."

Jungkook slowly feels the weight on his shoulders lifting. If you already knew, everything just became a thousand times easier for him.

"My dreams are what I saw when I was at rest. It's beyond belief, but it's real. I know everything already, kook." Your eyebrows frown out of the aching in your heart. "Be at ease and tell them. Tell them everything."

You say, almost sighing out the last few words due to the weird feeling in your body. You feel sick to the core, as if you had a wound right on your heart.

You rest your back on the sofa, feeling nauseous and exhausted. Namjoon walks over to Jungkook now, who was staring at you with slightly teary eyes. Patting his back, Namjoon sits by his side.

"Don't worry, we're all here to help you. We're your people, we're family don't be afraid of your own family." Namjoon says.

"Go ahead."

Jungkook smiles lightly at Namjoon before he sits up and straightens his spine, his arm still resting beside him. "It all started when I returned to the palace with the book.."
