I yawned as I stepped into my room at Wangshu inn. I was shocked to see Xiao standing by the window. He was shaking as I couldn't see his face.
I quietly walked over to him as he looked at me.
"Xiao?" I asked as he desperately wrapped his arms around my shoulders. "Is everything alright?"
I felt him shake his head slowly as he held onto my body. I gently wrapped my arms around him as he slowly started to relax.
"I can't get their voice out of my head.." He huffed as he looked at me. I frowned as I listened to what he was saying. "Those voices of the yaksha.."
I carefully brought him to the bed as we sat down together. I held his hand as I laid him down on the bed. I sat beside him as he closed his eyes.
"Just listen to my voice, alright?" I smiled at him. He slowly nodded as he closed his eyes. His grip on my hand slightly relaxed.

I softly sang as he listened to the simple lullaby.
His breathing started to slowly even out as he fell asleep. I smiled as I laid beside him, falling asleep myself.
