Riding on the back of their carriage. Paul found himself holding his gun as they approached a valley. The two humungous mountains had the space between them sliced through, revealing the white rocks within the soil. "Are you sure about this Zerg? I mean... man, I'm wounded here."
"I know, but we cannot turn around now. We knew far too late that this is enemy territory. It seems that my fear has come to life. The Demon King has drafted the Werewolves again into his army ranks." Bahamut tilted her head at the information. The beauty hiding underneath her veil seemed to spill out as her pale white skin was exposed. "So then what? Master is wounded here. I can easily cut through an opening if they have any blockade."
He shrugs his head as he points to the snowy forests. "No. If they find out someone that powerful is here, they will surely capitalize on it and put more forces onto us. We just need to slip through with as little fighting as possible." Paul kept his revolver on top of his blanket as his eyes scanned the back with a ruthless glare. "Yeah, I see what you mean. They might even halt the SAR Team even with the captured heavy weapons."
Bahamut kneeled next to him and held his wound. "Master, do I need to change the gauze again?" he shrugged as looks at Zerg with a tired face, as if he had run miles and miles even though he had been sitting down. Like a dying man who was nearing the end, he still had the stern face of a man who had the soul that was opposite of his mortal coil.
"No. How many more medkits do we have?" She looked to the crate before looking back at him. Her eyes showed a dreary expression as he touched her cheek. "Don't worry. Elizabeth's here, we just need to survive. Just a tiny bit more." Her hand held his as she embraced his head. "Master, after this. Let's eat with the two Vampires a succulent steak and fried pork."
With a chuckle. He buried his face on her large chest as he brushed it for good measure. "Hm. We'll taste Alana's cooking again and Elizabeth will help us with our chores as usual." He looked at the clear skies, his heart beating as he saw some birds.
Zergel kept his attention to the everso present hills around them as they approached the valley. "Apart from the Elves, we seem to be one of the only races in this world that has the unfound ability to find a way to survive no matter what. The Beastmen don't, as we know things must have an end. But us humans... I don't know. I think we were all born to defy the things this world is built on."
Paul smiled as he patted the woman's shoulder. "Hah, just ask Bahamut here. She's a true immortal unlike the Vampires. No matter what will happen. She will always return unless Heaven and Hell and the Universe exploded on itself. Which I am sure won't happen."
Though calm Bahamut looked down and could see his white shirt having some blood on it. It was slowly growing as he lifted his hand up to hide it. "Don't worry, don't worry." She turned to the center of the carriage and checked her potion making pot. With the flasks mostly empty as her Master's lips looked pale.
Even though things looked far too dire for a smile, Paul was trying his best in the Guild Chat to lead them to where he is. With the Eldwood Captain constantly updating him of their position too. The two instantly exchanged with one another and every bit of thing that stood out, he'd report.
Bahamut is practicing how to tie bandages, though her lower torso is way too thin to be compared to Paul's more bulky build, she still tries her best in front of a mirror. Trying over and over again, perfecting it. "You really don't have to, Bahamut. This will be over soon."
"Shush, Master. I must also learn how to sew wounds even faster. The amount of blood you lost at the initial crash was far too much. I was inadequate." Closing his eyes. He sighed as he tugged on the bottom of her lacey and frilly black gown. "Like, I'm happy and all to know you're trying, but we're nearly there. Soon, Paramedics and Corpsmen will be looking after me. Chill."
