Looming before the mountain ranges were two giant dragons. One of Gold and another of Black. Their statures, equally large and imposing as one whip of their breath moved trees and shook the soil below as the air felt hot, hotter than the summers of Geraldia as the battle rages on beyond the peaks of the mountains.
Opening her mouth, Bahamut breathes her flame at Augustus as she unfurls her wings. Augustus faces away as the Black Dragon takes off. "You will not escape me, Bahamut!" Having the altitude advantage, the Dragon fires off a laser, missing only by a few feet as the Red Dragon took flight giving chase to her as she continued to gain altitude, reaching for the clouds where her blackened scales gleamed through the thick atmosphere.
Augustus was faster, gaining more altitude than her as he swiftly turned around, using gravity to his advantage and cut off her wings. She notices and fires a breath towards the Red Dragon, his claws diving the flames outward as the afternoon sun slowly disappears in the horizon. The Black Dragon further concentrated her flames, the claws reaching upon her glowing red hot from it.
Piercing through her flames, Bahamut folded her wings, instantly dropping altitude and going deep into the overcast weather heading towards Kingsland. Surrounded by cloud cover from all directions, the two Dragons battled it out inside the tunnel as lightning would strike up and down, left and right.
Coming in from the south was Boeing B-52 Stratofortresses from the Men of the Woods with Rostock's Tupolev Tu-95 Bears which flying in formation escorted by F-22 Raptors and Sukhoi Su-27 Flankers was buzzed, the massive aircrafts looked like miniature toys to the two giants fighting. Their Pilots unable to even grasp the sight of the two massive creatures with their wings flapping vividly in hover as they clawed one another, large sparks came out from the contact. "MURDOCK TWO! MURDOCK TWO! CLIMB! CLIMB! CLIMB!"
Pilots of the aircrafts frantically yaw to the left and right, avoiding the two as they fought on. Ignoring the bombers as Bahamut swiped Augustus on his neck. One of the B-52s was unable to maneuver in time, its pilots panic trying to yaw the aircraft to the left. "WE WON'T MAKE IT! WE WON'T MAKE IT! AAAAA-!" pushing its yoke as much as they could, its wings didn't make it, sideswiping the Red Dragon on its face.
Yet, his reaction was as if a fly hit him in his cheeks, merely shrugging off the 56 Meter long wingspan of the bomber. The damaged B-52 started spinning violently as it performed a Graveyard Spiral to the ground. Bahamut on the other hand was actively avoiding the jets and aircrafts upon noticing the players. Seeing her try to adjust her wings and movement, he grabs her neck with his claws as the jets yaw and roll, going around the two mighty beasts duking it all out inside the cloud formation. Lighting and thunder violently striking down around them.
Down below, the Main Force has cleaned up the thousands of Abominations that flooded in from the patches of forestry still remaining on the Great Plains and started forming a line parallel to the main gate, stopping the enemy army from advancing any further.
Jackson though was panting heavily as he could taste the blood reaching his mouth. His performance was slowing down as the red haired Vampire continued to outpace him. Slashing him on the back and the front constantly as his Black Steel Armor kept on taking each blow, his flesh body felt the shockwave and Junior constantly attempted to go back and forth, ramming head on to the bloodsucker.
Looking back to see if anyone was coming to help, he instead is blinded by a Red Flare. His eyes widened at the sight. "Broken Arrow?!" He throws his Longsword at the Vampire like a Spear, caught off guard by the move, she grabs it while he faces his kite shield upwards. "DRAGON SCALES OF THE VOID! GRAVITY WELL!" The two cants planted him down as a turtle shell of Bahamut's blackened scale surrounded him.
