Waking up after a long night's rest. Jackson stared at the digital clock, seeing that it was a Monday and it was seven in the morning. Already, he gets his uniform in order and walks out to the living room with Alana by the dining table having multiple yellow pad papers strewn about its large surface.
Grabbing his food from the kitchen counter, he looks down on the paper. It's full of single English letters. The man blinked as he sat down taking a bite at the garlic toast. "Oh! Wow, that's good! Where's Bahamut?" She looks up and towards the fake plant on the corner of the living room. "Over there, M'Lord." Squinting his eyes, the small Black Dragon was sleeping soundly on the soil as he drank the mug full of orange juice. "Mhm. Of course. You know Alana, Dragons love to bask in the sun?" Lowering her pen, she looked at him attentively as he began to talk. "They'd spread their wings and expose the membranes. It's like sunbathing for Dragons."
With her chin on top of her hand, she silently observed Jackson as the reflection of the sunlight from the neighboring skyscraper bounces off its windows and into their room. It was once again a bright calm morning, and the trio was again ready to go out for the day. "Black Dragons also have the most volatile personality of all of the Dragons. Platinum and Gold being the most chill."
"Though, the Bronze, Copper, and even some Titanium Dragons are known to be quite friendly to us Men, it's the Four winged ones you have to look out for. Real nasty work and ancient." Taking a sip at the mug, his eyes carefully observed the Dragon sleeping soundly as the light hit its black scales. "Magnificent. Wonderful creatures all around." finishing his plate, he immediately stands up and rolls up the sleeves of his shirt. "Oh, M'Lord. Let me handle that."
"Nope. In my culture, Education is the most paramount thing in life. Continue practicing and acquiring knowledge. I can handle this. I literally wash our clothes." Returning to practicing her writing and calligraphy, Jackson then turned to the large mirror on the hall to the door out of the room. Checking his medals and ribbons, he smiles at himself. "Pfft. Four stars. Insane." Soon, the Countess was already ready to go. "Since 8-Gon is far away, M'Lord. What shall we do today?"
Her demeanor was upbeat and she was visibly excited to roam around the lively City 01 as he twisted the door knob. "First things first, let's do some shopping. I need some local clothes. My generic peasant outfit is good, but the ones people in Dragovh wear have a bit more flare to them." Hearing this, she claps both of her hands, vividly smiling at the thought. "Finally, my specialty! Oh, M'Lord! We shall have a grand day!" he shrugs his head as he opens the door. "After that, we'll do some paperwork at the City Hall and yeah, let's head off once again into Dragovh. I'd like to see us get one of those Adventurer ID Grifvet showed us."
After twenty minutes of driving, Jackson's face is visibly bored and his back is slouching from staring at shop names for so long. He got to the point that his eyes instead wandered off to restaurants and food stands and was talking to the driver about cuisine, but after a few more minutes Alana found a shop named "Medieval Linteum" with the slogan "For all your Old Time Outfit needs" with all sorts of new arrivals, some being locally made.
Ordering them to stop, she opens the passenger side door and heads straight inside. Jackson and Bahamut left to pay the tab as they joined her.
Inside, they're met with a middle aged man wearing a Nobleman's outfit. Complete with the decorative sword. The shop had the decor of an old time Mansion, filled to the brim with the most famous outfits used in the Medieval Era. Ranging from Village Clothes, Castle Guard, Knight to a Noble and Kings. Jackson walks to the counter, leaning in. "So... what's the price range around this part of town?"
"Depends. Ten coins to thousands." As he nods, he takes a look at the catalogue. "Oh wow, this is made from real Volatile Spider Silk?" the player nods as he points at the texture of the cape. "Oh yes! I can also have it enchanted! A shop moved in a block away who is a Mage specializing in enchantments!" Bahamut then looked down on the selection of capes. Jackson put it up near her. "What do you think? Should I get the green one?"
