Ingraine quickly jogs into the Inn, opening its two wooden front doors with its ornate design of the Sword Cross, the sound of the bell was met with cheers and welcomes. The party enters and a lively and colorful interior fills their visions.
On its walls, objects what're seen as relics are littered throughout while replicas of legendary swords and equipment are scattered in glass cases. A Band playing famous folk songs of the land on the corner, and a very active lobby full of people who had earned their keep as adventurers of the continent.
"And then says the Hero Saint Sir Brownsley of Akash, begotten, was his rightful sword as the vile yet ever so beautiful and ethereal Vampire Empress Bartley had gotten ahead of him and the Gods, taking the sacred sword of Man for her keep as her dark assassins took to his flanks!" the guitar then riles up as the storyteller continues. "Whorish Queen of Vampires! The Free Species of this world wouldst need no sword! I shall wield this blade of steel and may the faith of all Man power it!"
Drums then roared as the hands of the storyteller flared up, using his magic, lights dimmed and focused on the shadows behind him that acted out a scene of the young man hoisting his blade up to the sky as lightning struck it. "But then the Empress of the Vampire, in her demented drive to forever satiate her and her people's thirst for blood laughed at the face of Man's drive for survival! Hah-hah-hah! Dare thou shalt face the Crimson Knights of thine King, I needst' not meet with a lowly commoner." His shadows then created the silhouette of a tall beauty with long flowing hair.
With a figure so attractive, even the mental image of her legendary look was enough to fire up the men in the lobby, swooning them with no effort. "Yet faced against such an adversary, an entire blood thirsty species that had taken over Dragovh, Meridia, and Schon, this young man took up the new sword! Blessed by Deus Vrax himself!"
Grifvet and Pierence were both fully captivated by the olden story as Eattare and Ingraine paid for their room and even a special Dragon care pen. "Psst, Ingraine. What is that story about?" As she was busy, it was Eattare who answered her. "It's the ancient story of the first Vampire Queen and her mad drive to take over the world."
"Swinging his sword with the might of a million men, the Hero Brownsley has struck the magnificent King Charles of the Vampires and in his aire did this immortal being notice the wound that wouldn't heal on his chest! Hurrah screamed the Elves and Man under servitude! The Vampires and their Immortality is as finite as the rest of us!"
Bahamut just squinted her eyes at the storyteller and the moving shadow behind him. "She didn't succeed... Though no one knows where her body is now, some say the Werewolf Clans took it and buried it in a tomb that's never to be found and if it was, those who trespass would be met with the claws of the clan." the Dragon didn't buy it, reminiscing in her own memories, she slowly shakes her head.
"Master and I have faced many Bloodsuckers before. If that story is true, such a creature won't easily be dead." she turned her gaze to Eattare, the magician trembled as the drums screamed of a fight between great peoples. "Hope that she may never see the light again."
As the story ends, both Grifvet and Pierence were excited to see the replicas of famed swords and equipment. The young men were blistering with joy even after the long day they've had. Still able to run amok the lobby and to much the happiness of the far older and mature Adventurers as the sight of the youngsters bought them a sense of ease. "Hmph! I'll drink to the future!" says one of them as another raises his mug. "I'll drink to that too!"
After a while of looking at artifacts, Pierence with a slouched back began to yawn and stretch his arms. While the two girls, Eattare and Ingraine, talk to the Inn's manager about the Dragon area and soon after, with Grifvet still having some energy, sends him with Bahamut out to the location.
