"I want the frontline of pro heroes to surround the building on all sides, technical support heroes will remain just behind and medical staff will remain on the outskirts of the perimeter, and I want two teams of riflemen on the rooftops there, there and there!" A man in a grayish blue trench coat pointed towards 3 roof tops, each one having a clear view of the entrance to L.U.X. His eyes fell towards the floor and saw the lifeless body of John Sharp, the hole in his head oozing a small, trickling trail of red from it. "And someone get poor John off the fucking street please."

"Detective!" Someone called out to the detective on the left, grabbing his attention as he noticed a cadet coming towards him. "There's an additional exit that leaves just behind the building, and there are three rooftops that directly face behind it. Shall we get three teams up there?"

"Yes, thank you for bringing this to my attention." He looked over his shoulder and glanced at a large group of police men with rifles in their hands. "I want three teams of six on the rooftops to surround the building's rear exit. See this cadet here for your locations."

"Yes sir!" They called out as the cadet beckoned them all to follow her towards the three buildings to take up positions.

As they marched in front of him, he looked towards the building of L.U.X with the three letters glowing their infamous bright red lights, and his mind wondered. "Just who the hell is crazy enough to shoot a cop and four civilians while brutally beating another, and in front of three dozen eye witnesses no less." Looking on as two forensic investigators came along and began to take photos of John's body from multiple angles, learning what they could about how he died and documenting it before they got body bags ready for him, his brothers Roger and Smitty. "Was it Carnage's doing? It wouldn't surprise me to think it actually was him, fucker can do practically anything he wants. Especially now that Toshinori's in forced retirement, crime rates have soared at a crazy fast rate."

He looked out towards the heroes that had just arrived on the scene with some noticeable faces like Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, Mt Lady, Miruko, Ryukyu, and many others. "We're lucky to have this many heroes with us, and of such high skill, experience and power too. So many heroes had to be deployed all across Japan because of this freak. If what we're dealing with really is Carnage, we'll have to be ready for the worst."

"You're looking fine there Tsukauchi my dude." Someone asked the detective nearby, causing Naomasa to snap out of his train of thought to find the person who had spoken to him. Approaching him were three members of U.A's teaching staff before the school was temporarily shut down. Midnight, Eraserhead and Present Mic.

"Pro heroes Midnight, Eraserhead and Present Mic. It's good to see you here today, and thank you so much for your assistance. I really appreciate it." Naomasa stated to the trio of friends while also bowing in gratitude that they were here to help should things take a bad turn.

"It's not a problem detective. What information do we have so far?" Midnight asked the detective with an air of unease, having been filled in on what had happened. "You think this was another Carnage attack?"

"Perhaps, though we don't know for sure. From the intel we managed to collect, the one behind this is a teenage boy named Tommy Gillen. That's about all the information we have on him except for brief descriptions of his appearance from witnesses that were present." Before the detective could carry on giving the three heroes the report, a cadet came up to tell Naomasa that they're ready to start trying to coax the culprit out of L.U.X. "Okay, I'll be up there in a minute." Quickly looking back to the trio he wrapped up the conversation. "I'll fill you in on the rest. We got work to do, and I want you and Eraserhead on support duty and Mic, you're with me. If Carnage really is behind this fiasco even slightly, you're our best shot at incapacitating him."
