MISSION BEGINS 1

"Congratulations Ramzel. You finally read my mind." Muin said.

"What! I...I did it? I read your mind? B..but how?" Ray was excitedly surprised.

"I don't know. It seems you listened to me. You let yourself free. You have accepted your fate."

"How?"

"You have accepted the fact that you love Elena."

Ray changed his expression immediately he heard that. Did he accept me as his mate?

I came out just in time to hear their conversation.

"Or... haven't you accepted her yet?" Muin looked curious.

"I...I don't know. Oke part of me is stopping me from accepting her. I'm confused."

"Follow your heart. And for you to have read my mind, it means your whole body has accepted the fact and truth. It's left for you now."

"Breakfast is served." I shouted and they turned to me.

Immediately I said that, I turned my back to leave without hearing what they had to say.

"We'll be right there." Muin shouted as I left.

"Look Ray. Mastering and reading a fellow werewolf mind is a very hard step to master. Even I don't know it because I'm not destined to possess that power. Only a primordial and an alpha can master that step. And you must pass through other steps for you to be able to get there."

"Hmm........"

"Remember I told you the last time that you need to free yourself. Loosen your heart. Let things go. Replace the anger with love. Replace the revenge with courage and victory. Make sure your mind is empty and void. Only then can you read a werewolf's mind with full total concentration."

"....."

"I think the only way is to go closer to your mate. The only person that can give a werewolf peace of mind is his mate. The more he sees her and stays with her, the more his mind is at peace." Muin said and came for breakfast.

Ray stood outside, looking up at the sky for a long time. Then he came in to join us.

"So.....what's the next step now." I asked Muin as we ate.

"We set out tonight. We are all ready to take on the enemies and destroy them."

"But we can't just go without a plan." I said looking at him.

"Tsk tsk......your so smart these few months you've spent here. You even made Ramzel stronger. Wow......."

"It's all with your help and support." I bowed my head.

"Hahahaha.....well, you're right. We would need to sketch a plan on how we would enter."

Raya quickly left us and cane back later with a big map. I sketched the map.

"Raya ..not now." I whispered but she brought the map anyways.

I quickly cleared up the table and placed the map on it.

"Here, I've made a few sketches. According to Ray, there was an underground passage leading right to the alpha's basement. But it's blocked now. So, we have to go through the main door."

"Hmm... smart." Muin, placed his hand in his groin.

"But..... how? There are many securities in the main gate right from the territory line. How would we pass through without being seen?" Ray asked looking confused.

"Oh shit! Ray. There is no way we would pass through without being seen. If course we can't hide. Even though the secret passage was still there, we would still have to cross the line before getting to where the passage door is."

"Okay so how do we do it?" Muin asked.

"We split. No doubt the alpha will keep stupid warriors to guard the territory line. We'll just fight them. That's where our war begins. Definitely, the alpha will get signs that they are under attack and he'll be prepared. Muin will keep on fighting the guards while I follow you."

"To where?" They both asked.

"To get the alpha. I'm following you to avoid any disruptions. Definitely more guards will come from the inside, so I will help you take care of them while you go straight to the alpha and face him. He would surely be waiting for you in his big wide chair."

"Wow.....that's great. That's really a good plan."

"Yeah...... good one." Ray smiled at me.

"Thank you. So now, it would take day for us to get to the Pack's territory. We should start packing."

"Hahahaha......who told you that? You think we're going to run in circles like you guys came here?" Muin laughed.

"What do you mean?"

"Come. Let me show you something."

We all stood up and followed Muin. We came outside again and closed the passage door.

He pointed towards east. Look at that sign. Ray and I looked at the direction he pointed.

"I can see the top of a castle." I said, looking confused.

"Fool..... that's the pack home. Wow....it's so close." Ray seemed happy.

"It's still very far. But it just won't take us weeks like you. We'll get there in two to three days." Muin calculated.

"How did you get an underground passage close to the pack home?" I asked looking at Muin.

"Well.......I needed to keep a watch. I hated that alpha with utmost passion. I kept a watch on him every single day I cane out. Thinking of a way to finish him." Muin clenched his feast.

"......" Ray and I just looked at him.

"......let's just go inside and pack. We're leaving tonight." I said and we went back inside.

"I've packed up your things. You don't really have enough clothes so I just packed the few." I said to Ray when he entered the room.

"Hmm." Was all he said.

I looked at him angrily, then I turned back my face.

"Raya have you packed up my bag?" I asked and Raya barked positively. "Good. Let's go pack Muin's."

I held Raya and we went to the door.

"Elena....." Ray called lightly.

I stopped. Not in the mood to look at him.

"I'm sorry." He stood up and came closer to me.

"For what.....?" I asked.

"For......... I-i d.........."

"Exactly. You don't know. Ray please just let me be. When you know why you're apologizing, you can come back and say it." I told him and left the room with Raya.

Ray stood, dumbfounded. I've never really talked to him so brave. He was shocked and confused at the same time.
