Saturday morning, Castiel woke Dean up around seven so they could get ready. They spent most of the morning showering, choosing an outfit that they thought would make Cassidy like them more.

Around eleven, Dean went to the computer to check the time they were supposed to meet Cassidy. He noticed a reply from her and opened the message.

"Dean," Cas walked into the living room. "Should we eat something before we go or wait until the restaurant?"

"I'd say eat something before," Dean said, turning towards Castiel. "Considering we're not going there until tomorrow."

"What do mean?"

"Cassidy replied. She said we can meet tomorrow at Tipper's. Three o'clock."

Castiel frowned and walked back into the kitchen. Dean closed the message and followed Castiel out of the living room.

Dean watched as Castiel sat in the wooden kitchen chair, removed his trench coat, kicked off his shoes, and untied his tie.

"Geez, Cas. It's not that bad. Stop pouting. We'll meet her tomorrow. You'll survive," Dean put a hand on Cas's shoulder but Castiel pushed it away.

"Fine, you big baby," Dean left the kitchen to go upstairs.

The next day Dean felt a strange sense of déjà vu. The morning felt exactly the same as the morning before. But this time Cas and Dean knew that they were going to meet their surrogate mother.

They left around one-thirty so they could be at the restaurant about fifteen minutes early. It seemed as if Cassidy had the same idea and they all met at one-fifty instead of two.

"So," said Dean, starting to test just how unlimited the unlimited breadsticks really were. "I'm Dean."

"I'm Cassidy, but my friends call me Cass." Dean looked over at Castiel and smiled.

"I'm Castiel, but my friends call me Cas."

Everyone was so surprised by how similar Castiel and Cassidy were and they spent the whole afternoon enjoying themselves at the restaurant.

"So how exactly does this work?" Dean asked.

"Well, I'll carry the baby for you and then when it's born you get to keep it. Pretty simple, I guess," said Cassidy.

"Yeah, of course. And do we get to be there for things like appointments and the birth?" Asked Dean.

"If you want to, you can. I don't really have a problem with that," she replied.

"And as far as financing," Castiel started. "We will be handling most of the charges?"

"Yep. That's how this is going to work. I'll have your baby but you pay for it."

"Sounds fair to me," said Dean, wrapping his arm around Castiel. "I guess we can start this...now?"

"Um...I guess so. You know the details of this? The whole 'scientific impregnation' thing?" Cassidy asked.

"Yeah. They place is open on weekdays. Did you want us to come or...?" Dean left the question open for Cassidy to answer.

"I think that it would be a good idea--as long as it's not a bother for you guys. I'd like you to be there. Y'know, because this is the second biggest moment. Behind the birth, of course."

"Of, course," agreed Dean. "What day works best for you?"

"Wednesday; that's my day off. I work at a grocery store near my house."

"Great," said Castiel. "We'll see you there, Cassidy."

Everybody said goodbye to each other and returned their coats to their bodies. Castiel, as usual, left his trench coat undone so you could still see his suit.

Castiel and Dean got in the black Impala waiting in the parking lot and drove home. In their driveway Castiel said, "You know, Dean, this Wednesday is going to be very difficult for me."

"Why?" Dean asked.

"Because your genetic DNA is about to be inserted into a woman to carry your baby. Not mine, yours."

"But it will still be our baby, Cas."

"I'm not so sure," and with that Castiel went inside.
