A malicious laughter echoed in an apartment building , a man walked through its halls , blood coated his fingers and clothes , he held a very sharp looking knife and took a toddler who was crying as he was carried.
God , it had felt so good , that he had almost forgotten to get a hostage to save his neck , their screams , their pleading , their suffering, most importantly the thick red liquid that coated his fingers when he rammed his dagger down the man in the first floor. He felt too good. But what he didn’t notice was the white caped figure in dark night sky coming straight at him.
The figure crashed with the man , and his hold on his hostage , the toddler , went loose , the little guy slipped through his fingers and softly landed on a worn out sofa in the alley.
“What kinda of sick bastard are you ?”
“who the hell-"
A straight punch to the damned human , more like monster. The figure kept punching and punching the man , his white gloves coated with blood.
“you dare harm the travelers of night , threaten their existence and massacre them”
“gurlg…hehe…massacre…like it…ugrgh gurlgh..”
The caped figure grabs a moon shaped blade from his chest piece and is about to end this monster.
He heard the tell tale ‘thwip thwip’
And his blade was yanked from him.
“reculse...?”
“Moon knight”
“do not interrupt reculse , this man is a monster , khonshu’s justice must be delivered”
“Look dude , I am not against justice but against people killing others in the name of justice”
“this man…killed 70 people in a span of three days just for it’s brings him pleasure…you do not think he should be stopped once in for all”
Moon knight held the man below him firmly as the man watched the two heros talked , amused because he had never felt so scared in his life , when the caped figure had raised to kill him. Fear , an Emotion, he hadn’t felt in his whole damn life.
“Hey Moony , look , I just, let me see”
Spidey brought his hands and touched the man who moon knight held firmly almost broking his bones where he hold him. Spidey concentrated, his eyes opened and glowed , lens reflecting the glow.
Peter saw every horrible thing the man had done , he killed his own siblings and mother, his eyes grow more brighter , as his anger grew with everything he saw , unbeknownst to him , his hands had started dig into the man’s flesh , burning slowly , painfully. Peter’s suit was fire proof yes but whatever energy he gives off gets tripled by the suit.
Moon knight’s eyes widen seeing this , he tried to shake the spider off the man , he was aware of New York’s vigilante , who protects people and don’t kill anyone. Then however , moon knight succeeded in trying to shake off Spidey. He blinked and looked at the person who was shaking him.
“What happ-”
“you just got carried away, it’s okay , yeah”
“I…oh my god…what have I done…is he…?”
“I don’t know….he is breathing” moon knight said check-in the man , disappointed he was still alive.
“whiz , scan for vitals”
“it appears the man is brain dead , Spidey, and he had sustained too many injuries , must be immediately hospitalized”
Moon knight was kind of startled by the new voice and looked quizzically at Spidey.
“…ok” Spidey said shakily
‘ this is not how I thought it would go'
They took him to the hospital, then continued to patrol the city. Looking for any leads on Wilson Fisk , that’s when Peter got an idea, with his new powers he can most Definitely make people see the monster , Fisk was. They parted ways , after peter gave the access code for the base , moon knight albeit reluctantly agreed to meet up at 8 am sharp after he gets the signal.

Jake most definitely didn’t want to accept Spidey’s offer, be he end up accepting anyway.
‘so you just accepted his help , you sure you alright'
‘yeah , same here , Jakey boy '
‘quit taunting him you two , Jake you have failed to kill that monster , do you have an explanation for that?’
‘the guy’s brain death , no harm done , khonshu’
‘that is right , the reculse , he possesses unimaginable power , do your research and find who he is’
Marc and Steven groaned
‘oh come on you old bird , he’s just a good man , he didn’t seemed corrupted’
‘do not tell me how to work worm’
‘you practically tricked us into working for you , you should listen to our opinion too ya know , the world is not same , khonshu, it has changed'
‘indeed Marc , that is why , Jake must look into the reculse'

Peter got home , slipping quietly through his now bedroom window. He changed in his PJs , brushed his teeth , and noticed that his canines were a bit bigger than usual , upon further investigation, he found out they were fricking fangs , what the hell , he had really long day and in need of rest , sleep. He laid on his bed , wondering what had happened , how he had lost control and burn the man's skin , he must learn to control his new powers. Having spider powers was tiring as it is. He wore his soundproof ear buds and customized eye masks.
‘did he just sneak out of the house?’
MJ peeked through the door , peter wasn't there when , she came to check on him, a few minutes ago.
'what are you upto Peter?'
