healthy breakfast, lunch & dinner recipes:

breakfast: yogurt parfait
• greek yogurt
• mixed berries
• granola

make it: create levels of fruit, yogurt, and granola in a mason jar or bowl.

lunch: nut butter & banana sandwich
• any nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter for example)
• wheat bread
• banana
• agave syrup/spread or honey

make it: spread the nut butter onto the bread (or toast which ever you prefer,) top with sliced banana and drizzle agave on top and close the sandwich.

dinner: healthy tacos
• 100% whole wheat tortilla
• avocado
• lettuce
• vegan meat (or like low-fat ground turkey)
• salsa

making it: put a ton of lettuce & avocado onto the tortilla then top with the vegan meat and put some salsa on top.
